At My Second Home Pet Resort, we've built a new concept in Pet Care! I absolutely love this place! I have been taking my dog there for 6 years now when we go on vacation. The staff knows my furbaby by sight and always welcomes him by name warmly into their resort for his stay. I don't have to tell them who my dog is, they know him. When I call to make a reservation for his stay I don't even have to say my name. They know me as "Ewok's mom". I must say that the grooming department is exceptional as well. He always looks great when we pick him up. I hate leaving my dog behind, but feel extremely confident that he is getting great care and attention at My Second Home Pet Resort. Two thumbs up!

I am very pleased overall with the grooming personnel and the quality of their work. It also seems to be very clean all the time which is important in this type of business. I have not used their boarding facilities but would recommend their grooming to others that are looking for the very best.

We use My Second Home for our boarding and grooming of Coco and are very pleased. The groomers do an excellent job. Their name says it all.
When I first got my dog, Cocoa, she had never been to a groomer and had a hard time. My Second Home groomers were really patient and sweet to her, and by her second visit, she was a pro. It's really hard to find someone who does a really nice Cocker Spaniel cut, but they do a great job. Cocoa also likes to stay there from time to time when we travel, and she loves it.
I am happy to hear your grooming experience went so well. Instead of having 8+ groomers on staff, trying to churn out as many dogs as possible, we only have 4, each one either master certified or trained by a master certified groomer. They take there time with each client, making sure the experience is nothing less than exceptional.
My sweet Jerzie is a very shy girl when it comes to strangers and My Second Home welcomed her with huge smiles that made her feel comfortable. They did an amazing job with her and I will definately recommend them to everyone. Thanks so much for having such an amazing staff, there are always plenty of smiles and are welcomed by name when we walk in the door.

Our experience here was phenomenal. I have three puppies, all of which hate going to the vet. However, they clearly noticed the difference between a vet and My Second Home when i first arrived for a tour. The staff was so friendly and took the time to really connect with my pups. I left knowing that my boys were going to be well taken care of by kind hearted animal lovers. When i returned from my trip, they were in full spirit, seemed to love their stay, and even got all A's on their report card. I will definately use My Second Home Pet Resort again in the future!
I had just picked-up my puppy two weeks before boarding, and was VERY nervous for Jasmine, and filled with anxiety as I was not sure how she adjust being in a brand-new environment so soon, after rescue. Well, the front desk immediately starting loving on Jasmine and before I knew it I was checked in and Jasmine was running towards the back to be with the other dogs, without saying good-bye! I left feeling that she was in EXCELLENT hands! I even called a day later to check on her, and the front desk staff reassured me she was doing great with a new friend Chubbs during her Rat Pack play time. I picked her up 3 days later, and she was exhausted! (mission accomplished)We arrived home and she promptly took a nap and could not appear to be more pleased about her long puppy resort weekend. Thanks again, and an extra thanks to the front desk staff. They really know what they are doing!

My girls, Coco and Katie, have been going to My Second Home for almost 4 years. Coco grew up in the arms of the kind people at day care. Ive never taken them anywhere else for haicuts nor for overnight stays, because we love walking in the door to friendly faces and a caring atmosphere. I never worry about my girls getting the love and attention they need while theyre boarded. I rest knowing Maggie loves them the way i do. Im so grateful for her :-) 2 thumbs up!
