Rude. – Food is not bad.

But, the lady owner behind the counter is so rude, we're not going there anymore.

She really is the ruddiest restaurant owner we've ever met and she creeped us out.

Really unbelievable.

We had been going there a while and never ran into her and honestly never had a problem. The food was pretty good.

The restaurant itself is really a little dump. But, it's pizza, so we looked past that.

She's there now, she is the owner and we're going back.

Best Pizza – Love the thin-crust pizza here! Good prices and good taste!

The Best Pizza In Plano and all of DFW – I'm from Chicago. I searched high and low for a good Chicago place in DFW. Drove great distances and tried them all. Never satisfied.

I read about Chicago Street from a blog. Went there not believing they would deliver. Their Deep Dish tastes like Giordano's. The thin crust is the best of any style I've ever had anywhere in any city. The Italian Beef is the real deal, like Portillos. The Calzone is the best I've had anywhere.

Chicago Street Pizza in Plano is The Best Pizza - Chicago Deep Dish and Thin Crust, Italian Beef, Pasta, Cheese Calzone in Plano and all of DFW for that matter.

Friendly service. Real deal. They are closed on Mondays.

Maybe I'll Never Really Know – The ranking would be higher if we had actually succeeded in getting some Chicago style pizza there. We tried to call for their hours one evening and didn't get a response or even an answering machine. We went ahead and drove up there only to find out they are not open on Mondays. The only place I've seen this information is on the front door. A few weeks later, I called ahead again, knowing it could take a while for a Chicago style pie to cook. One medium with pepperoni and black olives, sounded great. Again, we made the drive. We became instantly suspicious that we had made a mistake when we saw thin crust pizza at the top of the menu and a sad, skinny, little thing in a warming tray waiting for someone. Of course, it was waiting for us. I hadn't thought to specify "Chicago Style" when I ordered the pizza. The same 16 year old kid who took my order without asking what kind of pizza they offered rung us up without much fanfare. The thin crust we did have was alright but nothing remarkable. Good luck to the rest of you, but I can't recommend a restaurant whose standard of service is this lackadaisical.
