disgrace – i was hired and fired on 3 weeks from macaroni grill. the traing was a joke. i was put down for not knowing things i was never told to do. i was treated with disrespect from the beginning. my love for cooking was the only reason i liked it. food is warmed up and never fresh. the Bitch (pardon my french) floor manager was the one who fired me. i have two kids and really needed the job.. she didnt even care to give me a chance to her i was scum i have no idea why. after that day i vowed to make myself better. i am attending culinary school in January. In a way the terrible people at macaroni grill will be the reaon i will someday own and work in a REAL restaurant.

Not up to par – I just moved here from The Woodlands, TX and I have to say that it does not compare with the restaurant there. I was very dissapointed with the service. The receptionist looked annoyed that she had to sit people and also answer the phone. It was a weekday so it was not busy but it took them like 5 minutes to seat us. She didn't even wait until we sat to give us our menus. She placed them on the table and left. My husband and I stood there to see if we could change tables with no one to even come up to see if there was a problem. There were like 3 or 4 waiters close by all chatting..... I don't understand. Food was great but the service just not up to par. Very dissapointed.

Performing chefs cook up rustic, home-style Italian entrees at this buzzing family restaurant. – In Short
A boisterous, all-ages crowd of pasta lovers pack this energetic Italian spot, where chefs clad in white hats and red scarves keep diners wide-eyed by showing their moves in the busy open kitchen. The menu boasts family-sized portions of hearty traditional fare, from antipasti, chicken and pasta dishes to seafood, steak and wood-fired pizzas. Signature plates include grilled pork chops, lobster ravioli, and penne rustica with shrimp, grilled chicken and smoked prosciutto in cream sauce.

over rated – Service was slow. The chicken picatta was tough and nothing special. To me it tastes like a pricier version of The Olive Garden. It's chain restaurant food. The bread is good.
