LEFT US ABANDON IN MIDDLE OF NO WHERE>>>

I was part of a group who used Entertainment Express for a MSU tailgate. There was about 18 people on the party bus which was nothing special. Had a small bathroom (a plus) but was a bit worn and beat up. The driver was friendly. Within the first hour the driver had to stop and purchase a bunjee cord to hold the broken door closed (sure this isn't safe to DOT standards). The issue was the drive home. Running slightly over in hours the driver told the person that had booked the bus that there would be an additional $240 charge. When the group questioned this and contacted Entertainment Express the dispatchers were rude and unwilling to work withus on the outrageous charge. The driver was directed by someone at Entertainment Express to immediately pull over until our group paid, or got off the bus (still far from our drop off destination).

I finally made a call to try and resolve the situation so we could all get home and was directed to Adam (dispatcher). The first attempt to work out a reasonable deal failed and I was hung up on. As a business professional I was offended and this displayed poor customer service on the part of Entertainment Express. I immediately called back and got through to Adam who obviously didnt seem willing to help our group. Understanding Adam did not make the decisions we were presented with the option to pay the charge or get off the bus (stranded in middle of no where). At this point our group exited the bus with all of our belongings and were left stranded. Phone calls began to contact cabs to getus back to our destination and also to Fox 2 Problem solvers to notify the media of Entertainment Expresses lack of professionalism and care for their customers. Stranded for about 30 minutes and waitingfor several cabs, the driver finally called back and was on the way back (finaly doing the right thing). However once picked up and back on the road Entertainment Express called and continued to try and get additional money from us. At this point I notified them it was absolutely not negotible especially after we initially tried to come to agreement but were left stranded. We finally made it back to our destination, but the hassell was not worth it.

Bottom line is a professional company would never act in such a manner and disrespect their customers (especially not kick them off and leave them abandon in the middle of no where). Rates may be very reasonable, but you get what you pay for (customer service definately isnt one of them). After this experience I would not consider doing business with nor recommend to anyone. Find a company that will meet expectations and respect their clients.

I work for a Nonprofit Youth leadership organization and Entertainment Express was willing to donate a limousine ride for our annual fundraiser. It shows that they are willing to help in communities, and to support the youth. Thanks again for all of your support!

A great night Out – Great night out on a party bus they were on time ,the bus was clean , and the driver was very professional. I would not hesitate.to use them again . P.s. Thanks for putting up with us we had a blast.

Breast Cancer Golf Outing – I coordinated a Breast Cancer Golf Ouitng in 2011 to help raise awarness after a friends wife was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Having lived in the detroit area my entire life and using entertainment express in the past for a concert, i passed them on telegraph last year and decided to call them too see if they would donate to our Golf Event. The we very reponsive to my request and were kind enough to donate a 3 hr limo package to our outing. They handled this within 24 hours of my request and when i picked up the donation, i was even more impressed because it was clear they were busy working on upcoming clients for proms. I believe they were 4 or 5 customers in the office being helped when i stoped in, so seeing how busy they were, and still having time for me was impressive. The outing was a success with the help of their donation, raising over $7000!

Scam – Got lured in with the cheap price. Oh 3 hours for $150 sound too good to be true? It sure is! The Town Cars they showed us were hideous. I would absolutely be embarrassed if I were an owner of a company and tried to take peoples money for the garbage I they have to offer. We got suckered into renting something and the SUV we rented is not the one that showed up. When we called to find out where the correct SUV was they offered a discount so we accepted, not knowing that the door did not close completely, the moonroof was leaking water, the heat did not work, the radio didnt work. I would have had a better time on a city SMART bus. They are in my Hall of Shame!
