I was treated very well and kept up to date regarding the progress being made to repair my vehicle. Bill was my main contact, but others were also helpful when Bill was not available.
Great experience via email, phone and in-person. Mike wasn't available when we got there but Randy did an excellent job of taking care of us and the hand-off to Mike was seamless. Finance guy talked us into some add-ons but did so in a professional and no-pressure manner. I hope to be able to buy a Ford Flex CPO in the near future and Pearson will get the first shot at my business.
All service items are explained and the decision whether to go ahead with repair is clearly leaft to me. I trust the people I deal with there both now and in the past.
The service advisor, William Haygood, was very professional and neatly dressed. The area where I left my car was spotless. The service staff found my problem during a routine oil change. I appreciate their attention to detail.
Darren Hendricks was nothing short of awesome. I will definitely do business in the future with him.
Bill, Jeremy, Andrew, and Katon have always gone above and beyond my expectations. As a gearhead, racer, and someone who does most of his own automotive work, my expectations are higher than most. I have never been disappointed and I highly recommend the guys at Pearson Ford!
I took delivery on my tenth vehicle this week and could not be happier with the whole experience. On those rare occasions that we have needed service Scott Krouse has been excellent. Our sales experience with Donna Monday and Bill Sawyers has been simply outstanding. Everyone at this dealership goes out of their way to make it happen -- every vehicle, every time!
Ben Weir is awesome I actually went to another ford dealership who could not get the deal done. Working with Ben was awseome I will recommend the dealership to everyone I know.
Good overall experience, and would recommend to anyone. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the time it took to complete the transaction. If I walk into a dealership, ready to buy (i.e., the car picked out, the price negotiated, and financing in place), there is just no reason for it to take three hours to drive off the lot. The point is admittedly minor, but to maximize the experience (for me), I'd like to get that duration down to under an hour.
Very happy with our new vehicle and happy with the price we paid for it too. There was good service that wasn't pushy and we didn't have to fight anyone to get a good deal.
