Terrible company, rude won't fix problem, blame everything on a sick familymemeber. Don't understand if they are seperate why post same number for both businesses. Been over 3 months and still not fixed, I said I would call BBB and was told don't care go ahead. This place shouldn't be open at all, terrible customer service, technicians are not so smart either. Avoid this place at all cost.

Duvall's Appliance Service Inc. in Camby, IN. – Do Not get started with this business. I called them to repair my LG washer on Dec. 14, 2011. Carl Miller (Owner?) came out and replaced a 3" x 4" computer part. He seemed very nice and we chatted as he worked. I paid him with a check for $160.00. As soon as I began my first load of laundry, I realized the washer was NOT repaired. I called & was told there was a death in the family, but they did send a young tech out who called Carl to be told what to do. Next, he told me he couldn't do the repair and a part would have to be ordered. Thus began the 3 week wait on a part from LG which never gets delivered for various reasons. I call the 'girls' in the office EVERYDAY! I get the same story EVERYDAY! Yesterday I asked for Carl to call me back. Of course he hasn't called. I want my $160.00 emergency money back and I will start over. I wish I would've done some research before calling this sham of a company. Our family attorney is a judge in Mooresville and I am calling her on Monday. Someone needs to put a stop to this nonsense!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE - YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! – What an incredibly frustrating experience! We were referred to this company by KitchenAid. While pleasant on the phone and in person, they NEVER followed through with the repairs - yet lead me to believe that they were waiting on parts, that additional problems were there. Finally, they just stopped answering their phone. Why not just TELL me that they didn't know HOW to fix my dishwasher. I can't believe I allowed myself to be lead along for a month and a half!!! Do NOT let this happen to you, too!!!

Worthless Waste of Time – Warning! Never let these people in your door! Brand new Frigidaire refrigerator would not reach refrigerator temperature. All my transferred food ruined after multiple trips by 3 different 'technicians' resulted in water all over my floor and totally defrosted food. (I left home for 3 days and $1300 food destroyed when I returned.) This LAST part installed immediately before I left? Kid said it 'stuck on the defrost cycle of the cooling cycle'. Didn't even leave any paperwork the last few times...NO PAPER TRAIL for the last of the incompetence! The office and Amber & Lisa...what a RACKET! I had to call Frigidaire parts department x2 to solve my own parts after they got the wrong part! It was a problem they didn't follow up on! EIGHT MONTHS WITHOUT A RELIABLE REFRIGERATOR AFTER I BOUGHT IT! WORST customer NON-service experience in 32 YEARS in INdy. Give DUMBALLS the Worst Ever trophy! Ask for Groves Appliance Repair.

Either Shamefully Dishonest, Grossly Incompetent, or Both! – My dishwasher was on the fritz, but still under warranty, so I went through Maytag to have it fixed, and they set me up with Duvall's. The only positive remark I can make is that Duvall's was able to send a service technician within a few days and he was on time. As he worked to diagnose the problem, though, he chatted casually away on his cell phone with a buddy -- I won't get into details, but it was clearly a social call. A bit unprofessional, but no biggie, right? It only got worse from there. After 15 minutes he explained the new part I would need and determined that he could have it in hand within a couple business days, and they would call within 4 days to arrange to come back. I never heard back from them. Three weeks later I called and got voicemail. I left a polite message, gave it a day, and still didn't hear back. I called again and finally got through. The woman with whom I spoke, Amber, explained that a shipment of parts just arrived and she would finish going through them and give me a call an hour later. It's now been over 24 hours, and I still haven't heard from her, and quite frankly, at this point, I don't even trust having them work any further on my dishwasher. I have called Maytag and arranged to have another appliance service fix the problem. While Maytag set me up with someone else, they called Duvall's to see what the problem was. They got ahold of Amber who explained that she had called me right back to explain my part was on backorder for another 5 weeks. I never received any such call. My recommendation to you is not to waste your time or risk your appliance with Duvall's. You're better off waiting for a more competent, professional, and honest business.

DO NOT USE – I was sent to them through Lowe's on 01-26 because my washer liner was broken. A technician came out and inspected the machine and told me what I already knew, then did not have the part. I received a call 16 days later and a message was left at my house to call and schedule an appointment for Friday 01-12. I called on 01-10 and left a message to call me back to schedule an appointment, and they never returned my call. I then called back on 01-11 and initially was told my part was not in and after a 20 min. wait was told it was and that they would call on Friday from 7:30-9 a.m. to schedule the appointment for Friday.

Friday at 7:30-9 came and went and at 10:30 a.m. I called and they said they would be here from 11:30-2:00. I had another appointment at 2:00 and asked why they didn't call me in the morning and she told me did (and they didn't). I asked for them to work around my schedule since I had been waiting so long for them to get to me and Lisa Duvall told me no and that I could have the following Wednesday appointment. I explained to her that seemed a little ridiculous, and she told me that she was going to call Lowe's and get my account cancelled and I would have to start the repair process all over again, and she did!!! But, I have been referred to Turner Appliances of Indiana who will be here on Monday with part in hand. So, thank you Lisa!! Your ignorance not only lost my business, but I get my washer fixed two days earlier!!!

Horrible service !!! – This place is not reliable !!! The technician showed up... fixed my appliance or so he said he did. I called Duvall 10 minutes after he left and told them my appliance was still not working. They told me to be patient and unplug it- then plug it in. I did... still did not work !!! I called back... no answer. They have never called me back about my appliance !! They do not know what they are doing. I have now called the State Attorney General and have a friend that works in a news station. Watch for the future investigation. I am warning you... do not use these people !!!

HOW DO THESE PEOPLE EVEN STAY IN BUSINESS!!!! – THIS ORGANIZATION IS A JOKE! COMPLETE MIS-REPESENTATION. WE WERE NEVER GIVEN A TOTAL QUOTE TO HAVE OUR OVEN FIXED. DID TELL US THEY WANTED $100 DEPOSIT, WHICH THEY WASTED NO TIME IN CASHING. THEN...WE HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY PLANNED TO COME AND FINISH. THEN...WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ANOTHER $96.00. WHEN I CALLED, LISA, A VERY POOR EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS PERSON, TRIED TO PUT IT BACK ON ME THAT I DIDN'T ASK HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST.STAY CLEAR OF THIS GROUP OF ...SO CALLED BUSINESS PEOPLE. I HATED HAVING TO GIVE A RATING PERIOD. ONE STAR IS WAYYYYYYYY TOO MUCH!!!!

"Absolutely useless!" – In all my years, I?ve never had the misfortune of doing business with such an unprofessional and incompetent company.

Here?s how I would rate them on a scale of 1-10:

Professionalism = 0

Technical ability = 0

Reliability = 0

Integrity = 0

But then again, ?0? would be too high a score for them.

Avoid this company at all cost. – This company is HORRIBLE. Took weeks to get scheduled for service. I had to take the day off from work (lose of money) to be here. No one ever showed. Never got return phone calls. Called and spoke with the owner or part owner Lisa Duvall and was told that I was not even on the schedule. Was not willing to do anything to get a tech here. The worst service I have ever had in my life. I would never recommend them to anyone.
