Tepid dried up food, dirty greasey surfaces everywhere, no ice, melted ice cream, indifferent staff. I eat at a LOT of chinese buffets all over the city.

A few years ago this was a good buffet but now it is one of the worst in the city. All of the surfaces were covered with dirt and grease. I went to wash it off & the rest room was dirty, smelled bad with graffiti on the walls. The hot food was tepid, the cold food was tepid, all the food was dried up. The food is greasy. The glasses for soda were dirty & greasy, there was no ice available, & the soda was only slightly below room temperature. They had a little sushi, it was room temperature verging on warm & tasted odd. I tried a tiny bit of almost everything unless it looked too nauseating. The food is uniformly bland, tasteless, or worse. There was an ice cream cooler consisting of tubs of melted sherbet you dip into greasy bowls & dirty spoons. One reason I went there is because of a giant TV that they show movies on. That was turning out to be fine for me & the other people eating because a movie was on I had never seen before. Part way thru the movie the channel was changed to a sit-com. The cashier was yakking somewhere & I asked her if the channel had been changed. She said it was because someone came in & said they would only eat there if they could change the channel to what THEY wanted to watch so she agreed. I said everyone else in the restaurant was watching that movie. She said that since she said they could change the channel she wouldn't change it back. I said EVERYONE else in the restaurant had been watching that movie. She did not care. I told her I would NEVER eat there again & I would tell everyone I know not to eat there. She did not care.

So, the food tastes bad & greasy; the hot & cold food is all tepid & dried up. There is dirt & grease on every surface, the soda is tepid & there is no ice, the ice cream is melted, the rest room is dirty & graffiti-filled, the sushi is tepid & odd-tasting, & the people who work there do not seem to care once the money is handed over. DO NOT EAT THERE!!!

china buffet. the china buffet is probably the best one i have been to . having lived on the east side before moving to whiteland, this is the only chinese restaurant i enjoyed eating at. the staff is excellent and very polite. thanks to them i enjoyed dining there quite often.
