friendly, helpful greta selection of everything. What a nice store, nice people and great selection. I go to last of bead shop everyewhere I go and this is a wonderful store, great choices and friendly service. The people there know what they are doing and are real helpful. Lots of natural stone and bali. Creative people behind the counter. I recomend this shop to anyone interested in beading.

Horrible Experience - Buyer Beware. Be careful of the additions at the register.

On one occasion, they added $55 instead of $5.50. It was a mistake, they corrected it, and so was no big deal at that time.

I bought over $300 worth of stuff today, and wanted to tally the total (because of the earlier miscalculation). The woman at the register said that she was "insulted"?!! Then she walked away with a huff!!

What Rochester Bead Company implying here??

That its employees are above and beyond any human error?

What would you call mistaking $5.50 for $55??

Don?t YOU count each and every small bead and tally the total in the first place?

Would Rochester Bead Company let ME get by, had I paid $5.50 instead of $55?

It is MY good money and I will jolly well count and tally as much as I want.

SHAME on you for your rude behavior and "Holier than Thou" attitude.

With all the discourtesy, no wonder your store is closing down.
