The club is closed, guys...hasn't been open for awhile now.. The club is closed and hasn't been open for some time now. There is a market in this are for this type of club, I found the age range to be mid to late 30's and 40's and there was usually live music on weekends, but this particular venue is closed...

Suburbs Hot Spot for dining dancing and comedy. Had a Delicious meal before being escorted down to the lower level for a histerical comedy show. Afterwards we went back up to a top notch band and danced the rest of the night away. Met lots of nice people from a wide age range. Had a blast! Good food,good music, good service, good dancing. This place has it all

Wonderful Night. Wonderful is the word best to describe my recent night at the Manhattan club. We started with a delicious dinner. I had the Cherry Chicken and my husband the New York Strip. Chicken was awesome, loved the hazelnut liqour sauce. My husband was equally as please with his steak. The chocolate martini(s) were divine. Nice crowd. Mixed ages. I'd say from late twenties on up. Very cosmopolitan atomsphere. The design of the bar is way cool. Lots of room for those who love to sit at the bar. Booths for those who like it more private and tall tables for those who like to be close to the dance floor. We danced till the band, Diversity, stopped playing. This place has it all.

the other reviewer hit it on the spot. the average age was more like 70 and the aboslut tasted like well vodka, the place emptied out at 11pm on a friday night, probably cause it was past there bedtime,

the management and staff all acted likeit was our privelage to be there, definatly a place where social security checks are cashed...highly not reccommended to anyone under 50

Too Pricey for Too Little. $3 cover for a mediocre "band" (2 pieces with accompanying background tracks) and bad drinks is what you'll find here. Our cover on this Saturday night got us into a place where you can't get a decent, simple mixed drink (Jack and Coke). Forget any elaborate drinks either. The Cosmo my guest ordered was terrible. The review stating that this is an "over-30" crowd is 20 years below the mark. Maybe we hit it on AARP night, but most seemed to be spending their Social Security check. Most in that age group appeared to be enjoying themselves, so maybe we just need to wait a long time before we appreciate this place. Our curiosity satisfied, we'll return to passing by this place enroute to better establishments. You should do the same.

Catering to a mostly over-30 crowd, The Manhattan club doubles as a dining destination for power lunches and eloquent dinners (prime rib and fish are popular) and a refined dancing den. Dim lighting and dark colors lend stylish atmosphere to the handsome space. There are comfortable booths, as well as cocktail tables and chairs in the low-key lounge area. Well-dressed professionals swing to live music (from jazz to top 40) on the large ballroom dance floor Wednesday through Saturday evenings. The owners have been in the biz for decades, and the Manhattan draws loyalists that once lounged at Stoyan's Seafood and Steakhouse in Livonia.
