Great Chips and Salsa. Rachel's has some of the best chips and salsa around. The chips are always warm and fresh and the salsa is always tasty. The daily specials are filling but the food itself is nothing special - very average. Seating can be a challenge but there are several tables outside which can pleasant if it is not too cold or not too hot.
