great food, bad manager – I used to go there a lot because the foods were great, but when I went last week, their head sushi chef was transferred and the manager was very rude. The manager didn't do any work, and the waitresses were not very professional. Sushi was still good, but they need to fire the current manager and bring back the old crew back.
awesome food HORRIFIC service – First off, the sushi here is without a doubt the absolute BEST sushi I have ever had. I have gone to other places and nowhere seems to match up even remotely. However, unless you plan on sitting at the sushi bar, expect your service to be very slow and not to get the perks that other sushi go-ers (by this I mean Asians) get such as soy beans. The first few times I went I sat at a table I saw everyone else BUT me get soy beans and when I finally asked for some they charged me for them. You are supposed to get them for free and pay for additional orders. Through observation I noticed that while I was waiting and waiting for service like water refills and additional orders while all the other Asians around me were getting grade A service.
If you sit at the sushi bar you will most definately get grade A service because you have the sushi chefs in front of your face ensuring fast service. So, if you are looking for a sushi place to taste the best sushi you have ever tasted GO HERE! If service is a huge thing to you and you don't like sitting at the sushi bar, go somewhere else where the sushi isn't so good but service is better.
Best sushi rolls, no reservations on weekend, Good customer service~ – Best place to enjoy fusion style sushi! rolls were great~ i love all the rolls i tried so far! I went there with my friend and he loves this place. I go there at least 2 3 times a week!
Poor Service – Sushi was terrible, but not as bad as Koki's. Still bad. I ordered the Albacore salad and the the fish was terribly cut. The dressing was too over-powering to enjoy. The Albacore still had some of it's skin on it and the bones as well! The rolls fell apart very easily telling me that the sushi chefs were rather inexperienced or needed more training. Waiters and Waitresses were attentive, but felt somewhat rushed.
Good Sushi – This place is right there with Taiko and Koto as far as quality goes, but value is key. Nice portions and beautiful presentation.
