Dishonest, unprofessional and unreliable are the words I would use to describe Partybus.tv. I booked the 80 person bus seven weeks before my daughters high school dance and paid the $1500 in full on my credit card. I followed every step that I was asked to do from submitting the names of the kids on the bus to the complete itinerary of the evening. I communicated via email and phone several times the week of the event to confirm our pick up time and location. The night of the dance partybus.tv did not show up! They left 80 high school students stranded in the pouring rain without a ride to their dinner reservation or their dance. Needless to say their evening was completely ruined and to add insult to injury the owner of the company was rude and unaccommodating when I called to find out where the bus was. He offered no solutions to our transportation dilemma and couldn’t even give a valid reason for not showing up. Furthermore it took almost two weeks of phone calls to try to get my money refunded. I had to threaten a phone call to Jesse Jones at King 5 before I got a refund .Let this review serve as a warning to others who are thinking about hiring partybus.tv, they will take your money, make you promises and then not show up .
jerk!. i talked to the owner brad over the phone and what a shady con-man he turned out to be! i was over charged on my credit card by 450 dollars. so i ended paying 1200 dollars or so for 3 hours worth of driving. brad was the driver and he was 45 minutes late. we are still disputing the charges. it was raining out and me and my friends were soaking wet. at the end of the night 50 year old brad asked my drunk 19 year old friend jason if he wanted to go back to his boat to drink and play cards, and then brad grabbed his balls and tried to kiss him!. what a horrid insane night
I had a great time for my 25th. We had a group of people and everyone wanted to go in a different direction but I planned everything out with some friends and we had a blast bumping around the city and prefunking club to club.
I checked out some of the other information on here before booking and just talked things over with them.
I knew everything that was expected of me ahead of time and made sure they have the information they needed to map out the turn of my quarter century.
Don't belive all these bad reviews. We have used these guys 4 times in the past 2 years and never a problem with them. We did have one of the friends we invited start causing problems but the group told her to cool it or don't get back on the bus when we go to the next place. Sure some things go wrong but these other reviews are questionable. Brad the owner has driven us 3 times and John once and we would not have gone again and again if it was even close to what I am reading in these other reviews. I am only writing this to give these guys a fair shake. The bus arrive on time we followed the by-laws of the club and had a great time. We got right in to the clubs they offered us except one told us no way some of us had drank to much and were allowed to go to our local bar for the last stop. The bus was clean when it arrived and trashed when we got off . The drivers would clean it up each time we stopped while we were in the bar. On the way home it was trashed again. Please consider these guys and realize they are the largest service in the state with 9 40' buses. When we go out there are 25 to 30 of us each time if 9 buses go out in a week there are about 180 passengers min in a week. In a year there must be over 9000. If one bus has some problems which every business does and 3 people on that bus write a bad review to get back at them there is only 4 or 5 bad times in a year. That is a great average .Also notice the dates of these reviews 2 of them were written on 4/21/09 and 3 others were on the 11/22/09 and one on 11/24/09 .I believe they did have a problem but notice there all telling different stories and all aimed at the owner Brad at the same time. How many buses can one guy drive at the same time. I call BS . I have asked the friends who have been on our outing to write in and tell there opion of the trips. BRAD is CRAZY!!!!. i have never in my life wrote a review on one of these websites. i dont usually read them either. but... i had the worst experience ever with partybus tv. this Brad guy thinks hes gods gift to the world. he thinks he can do and say whatever he wants. he actually called me a "dumb f$^%ker", told me to "f$%k off" then hung up on me. its all going to catch up to you brad.

So I was looking at using Party bus TV for my birthday and got a little bit of info from the web site.
Gave them a call and ( Brad was flat out RUDE) found out that I gotta pay in full to find where I can go (in regards to the 14 bars).

Horrible customer service !!!!! Never use them!.
We had a horrible experience on this party bus! We had got the bus for my birthday, which was supposed to be a great time, but because of the owner of this company not having any customer service skills and throwing a tantrum like a 3 year old, it ruined my night. He decided to try and make us pay an extra 10 a person for any club we wanted to go in Seattle, even though he keeps it, he doesn't even give it to the club; he is JUST A GREEDY PERSON, it doesn?t say anywhere on the website what clubs he will charge a cover, it says after we pay we will be notified, and we never were! Of course, he didn't tell us we had to pay this at all; we had to find out by him screaming at us on the phone! We had already paid a total of 950 dollars, which 100 of that was the deposit he kept for us doing nothing wrong for him to keep. 950 is totally not worth this party bus in the first place and these are the reasons why:
1. The speakers on the bus didn't even work, the sound kept coming in and out.
2. We were charged everywhere we went!
3. The bus driver kept stopping abruptly so that all the girls in heels would fall, I fell one time, and it was because of the driving.
4. The horrible customer service, if you call yelling at a client on the phone customer service!
I would strongly recommend NOT using this company, they try and charge you way too much for what you get and then try to add some more fees without telling you! I will never use them again!!!
UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, BAD COMMUNICATION & DESCEIVING!!!.
I will NEVER use or refer this company again. Here is the reason why... I used them this weekend for my fiances birthday with about 25 friends. They had a list of "sponsored clubs" that you could go to and get in additional $10 a person. The club that we originally chose was on that list, so the bus driver told me I could chose another place. I went with our second choice and we were on our way. After we reached our last destination, (which was the club we changed last minute) the driver received a text from the owner stating that this club was on the list as well. He told me to not worry about it and that he would take me there anyway and not charge me the $10 a person. Like anyone would do I said sure, and he dropped us off at the club. About an hour into the night, the owner called my cell phone. He was screaming at me, swearing at me, and threatening me. He accused me of trying to steal from his company, he told me that he had my card number, he was going to charge my card anyways, and said that he would see me in court. This is over $250!!! He also told me that I would not have a ride home and to have a good night.
The bus driver ended up picking us up and tried to get me to sign authorization of my credit card for the $250. I told him I wouldn't sign it and he ended up driving us home anyways. He dropped us off and didn't refund me my $100.
When I woke up the next morning I cancelled my card right away to avoid the charge to my card. I spoke to him the following day, and he commented on the fact that I cancelled my card, told me he would see me in court, and that he always wins.
I apologize that this is so long, but I would recommend to anyone thinking of using this company to think twice. He never told me which clubs are on their "sponsored list", and the way he was yelling and swearing at me was extremely unprofessional.

We have used partybus tv for 5 years now. It started with my high school homecoming then tolo then prom. All in my senior year of high school.
I was amazed my frat was using them for our functions and was glad to see one of the drivers who drove us before. We have used them and never had a problem with them being on time or rude. The drivers do let us know there in charge and we have to keep to the by laws of the club. I have turned 21 and used them for my birthday party and it was great.
The buses have lighted dance floors and twin base speakers. I am planning on using them for my wedding when evey that is.
Extremely unprofessional and web site payment description doesn't match what I experienced after booking..
We chose the party bus for a 30th birthday party and had a great time throughout the evening. We had about 30 people and went bar hopping through Seattle. The driver was very friendly the whole time until the very end of the evening when it was time to leave and he outright requested money for his tip. I explained to him that we had paid the 20% tip at the time of booking and I gave him $35 additional dollars, bringing the total tip up to 26%. I then received a very rude email the next day from the company accusing myself and our guests as being completely disrepectful and a group he had to babysit (which was not the case at all). They accused me of being cheap and not tipping appropriately and that he "should have told me to keep my $35 because I obviously needed it more than he did". I replied to the email saying I was shocked with the accusation and that the drivers description was not anything how the evening went. I asked them to please describe what the 20% gratuity that they describe on their site goes towards before they accuse me of not tipping. They specifically state that they accept it up front so "guests can relax and enjoy their evening". I never received any kind of reply following my response to their false accusations.
Even though our evening started off well and went smooth , the way the driver and company treated me after and the nasty email that I received ruined the whole experiennce. I have much event planning experience with my job at Microsoft and work with these type of companies all of the time and have never experienced customer service such as this. I would strongly oppose this company to anyone else as being very unprofessional and shady in collecting their money. I cancelled my credit card the day after our event because I was concerned that they were going to charge additional costs because they came across as very untrusting.
