WONDERFUL if you need RnR! – it's a mom&pop, quaint lil professional place, great products (I love the lotion, the dermalogica & the scrubs too), lovely hand paraffin treatments AND I sleep so good after I get massaged there. GO!

Creepy Male Massage Therapist – Ron gave me a massage and he did not cover me properly. He asked if I wanted an abdominal massage and I said yes. When I turned over to face up, he put a small towel over my Double D chest and the towel barely covered my nipples leaving most of my chest uncovered. This guy is creepy.

I wrote this review because I don't want any other woman to have to experience similar experience.

Awesome !!! – I got a gift for a massage at this place from a friend of mine. Being a guy that's not too much into massages in the first place, I went there expecting pretty much the same as I got from my last massage experiences at some of the other well known places, they were just ok. (They were gifts too).

Well all I can say is I'm hooked. First I love the feel of the place, small, cozy and a very, very comfortable feeling. The staff were great and friendly, the owners introduced themselves and were very down to earth. Something I missed at the other places. The decor is relaxing, it's not made to look like you need to relax, it just does it to you on it's own without any effort.

The masseuse was AMAZING, I felt so comfortable and relaxed, I felt "this is something I needed", never had that feeling before either.

The whole experience left me wanting more, I have been back pretty much every month for a relaxing break from the wonders of hospital nursing, and all I can say is that I will be continuing to carry that on. I live westside and I really think it's worth the drive.

The only con for this place is that it's a hidden gem and that not everyone will hear about it, but hey I guess that's what makes this place the best spa in LA county which keeps me coming back ;)

Best Massage Therapist/Acupuncturist! – I love this spa! I've been a loyal client of Kevin Taylor's for about 5 years. He is the best massage therapist. He actually is a Acupuncturist, so he really understands the body and has helped many problems I've had with my pains. The spa is beautiful and cozy. It is smaller than other spa's but I feel this allows for a more personal relationship. Alice the spa director is genuine. She is detailed, professional and NICE. I would highly recommend that you try out this spa. Its a gem!

private, excellent service – If you?re looking for a good massage for health and stress relief, this is the place. I get a lot of massages and really appreciate the personal attention compared to other places. Kevin is awesome. He?s a white guy that has a degree in Chinese medicine, which I think it?s cool. He has a massage school, so I guess he?s knows what?s up. I get a lot of good tips on how to keep healthy. It?s also very private. Parking is easy.

real massage for healing. – I've got a list of chronic aches and pains that my doctor recommended massage for. After trying a lot of places that gave me what felt like a glorified oil rub (that did nothing but maybe soften my skin), I found acuspa on online. The boss their is Kevin Taylor who knows the in and outs of the body quite impressively. He used to be a body builder and now is a master masseuse and doctor in acupuncture. I?m not sure what he did, but my chronic pain is gone ? most surprisingly my lower back which has been hurting since high school. Proof being in the pudding, I took Kevin?s recommendation for acupuncture and an herb regimen ? and I?ve never felt better. It?s a quaint intimate place, which I prefer. The staff is nice. But all that I?m not so concerned with. I feel so much better, that?s all I care about.

Best Massage and Facial! – AcuSpa came highly recommended by a friend. I went and got the Spa Retreat. It was awsome! for $166.00 i received a one hour massage, a one hour facial, a hand parraffin and a foot scrub! The services were high quality, you could tell they have been doing this for a long time. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The space was so tranquil and relaxing. Can't wait to go back.

Acupuncture meets massage at this relaxing Asian-influenced spa. – In Short
This tucked-away gem on the second floor of a quaint Pasadena mall offers acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in addition to massage and skin care. The spa is in a narrow space, but the East-meets-West design scheme makes it both mystical and comfortably appointed. There's also a small, well-designed relaxation area and a shower. Their signature service, "Acussage," begins with acupuncture and ends with a calming massage.

Gem in the rough – tucked away in the now-bustling Lake Avenue, this relatively small spa has a very calming environment - dark woods, dim lights, trickling waters.

Both times my facial & massage here have been very exquisite - with just enough feedback from the facialist/masseuse. The owner (Kevin Taylor) also is very attentive to make sure the experience is a positive one.

The regular pricing is fair, but they also hold a lot of seasonal specials - so check it out on their Web site before booking an appointment.
