Fun for a children's birthday party - buffet style. Not the tastiest cuisine but it's worth the experience for the little ones who love Princesses. Each lunch they are visited by at least 4 Disney Princesses which is worth it - at least once.

So not worth it, chaotic, and unorganized!!! – We had reservations to celebrate my nieces 5th Birthday. To start off, they gave us a beeper for when the table was ready. After waiting about 20 minutes we went in to see what the holdup was. They said that they paged us, but the beeper never went off. Also, we were the only ones waiting there!

We get down stairs to the eating area and Ariel is sitting by the stairs so we took pictures with her. We paid $32.00 for the picture that was taken with her from the place, which I think for the amount of money we paid it, should have came with the meal!

As soon as we sat down they gave us a three tier tray with old dry veggies, limp salad, and dressing that was not even enough for one person. Not to mention, not a friendly kid appetizer. They took our order, and I do have to say in no time they brought us our meal. But during our time in trying to eat and enjoy our food, the princesses were coming around to each table. So with four small children trying to eat, meet the princesses take their pictures with them, and have them sign their autograph book and eat was very chaotic and unorganized.

The food was not even that good. The kid’s Mac n cheese meal was nasty and dry. Plain pasta with butter would have tasted better. We never received refills on our drinks, but they sure were consistent in asking us every two minutes to take our plates. We were rushed the whole time! Finally when we had time to breath and eat they brought out her Birthday cake, which my sister paid an extra $15.00 for. We didn’t even finish our meal, nor did they give any warning that they were bringing it. My sister was so upset that she didn’t get it on video. We thought that at least the princesses would come out to sing happy birthday, hence their motto “Princess Celebration.” Instead two waiters came to sing Happy Birthday. If we wanted that, we would have gone to Chevy’s!

Right after that they brought the dessert tray. When I asked the waitress for a to-go box because we didn’t get a chance to eat, she looked at me like I was crazy, but we were being rushed out that we didn’t want to stay any longer to eat.

Overall, the service was bad, the food was horrible, disappointed, and it was soooo not worth it!!!!! The experience was unpleasant from start to finish.

If you want quality time with the princesses, I suggest going to the park and wait in the long lines to take a picture with them. You may get more time minus the bill and headache.

Kids are keen for "seaside" food service from their favorite Disney characters. – In Short
Ariel of "The Little Mermaid" is the namesake of this spacious, two-level family restaurant, where meals are served by Disney characters. Through the aqua entranceway of this 1920s-style pavilion at California Adventure, it's a short trip downstairs for dining on Paradise Bay. For the 10-and-under-crowd, choices include Mickey Nuggets, fish and chips, and Ursula's Octa-Dog. Parents may opt for a prix-fixe meal with soup or salad, choice of entree--burgers and lasagna, among others--and dessert.
