Called Cap. Store at 5:55 Sat afternoon while at the Steak n Shake of millbrook and cap. to see what time they closed. The girl said 6pm then proceeded to ask me were I was. I told her and she said come on. I told her it would take me 5 minutes to arrive. She stated NO PROBLEM. It took me a little over 6 minutes to arrive. went to door..It was locked. The girl inside side said they were closed. I told her I had called and was told to come on... She kept saying she was sorry..Told her I got up from my family's dinner because she had instructed me to do so and she said she would wait. I then called on my cell phone and they answered..Still rejected me after making me leave my meal to zip down there. I told her that that was pretty crappy to do that to someone..She told me it was 6:05..I responded yeah..It is now after talking and me going back to the vehicle to call. What it amounts too is OVER BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP>>LIED TOO Sport Clips In Raleigh and Knightdale ( since they are owned by the same person) Have lost a lifetime of haircuts from me and my son even after being instructed to come and so they could get off work to Start partying 5 minutes sooner plus BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...SOME OF THE WORST TREATMENT I'VE EVER HAD. Its was like the were laughing and scoffing me from behind the glass as if they told themselves ..Gonna tell this guy to come on so they could do what was done. What suxs even worse I get a regular haircut and usually tip $6 on a 15 cut. Obviously there is an ongoing problem here from the other reviews. DO NOT GO THERE.

Non-Existent Customer Service – When I arrived there were two customers ahead of me so I just sat down to wait my turn. I sat for 15 minutes but was never greeted or acknowledged by the staff (even though one of the stylists finished with a customer and cashed them out right next to where I was sitting). When another customer came in after me he was greeted in a rather gruff manner and told to sign in on the clipboard which I had no idea existed (a sign saying "Please sign in here" might be a good idea, people). There were only two people cutting hair so after about twenty minutes with no progress and still no acknowledgement I just left. Perhaps the management should spend more time interacting with the customers rather than posting tacky paper corporate awards behind the desk bragging about "best backroom penetration" or whatever the heck it is.

P.S. I drove one mile down the road to a new place called Great Clips...I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, seated immediately and got a great cut in 15 minutes. It was $5.00 cheaper than Sport Clips which I happily added to Arabia's tip.

Drive the extra mile and save time and money...Sport Rips is not worth the effort.

Raleigh Sports Clips - NEVER AGAIN!! – To anyone who would ever consider going to the Capital Blvd sports clips - DON'T!!!

The worst service ever. If you get someone named Cassie cutting your hair, walk out. She is an agressive bitch with some clippers in her hand, I thought my scalp was going to bleed.

Not only that, she pointed out a physical imperfection of mine and asked about it. That's none of her godamn business.

My advise to her: Improve yourself before you point out the imperfections of others. Screw you bitch.

Male-centric hair salon franchise scores with a sports theme. – In Short
By focusing exclusively on haircutting services for men and boys, this Texas-based national chain appeals to male sports fans who appreciate the absence of beauty salon trappings. The athletic motif is set in the lobby, which is outfitted with sports memorabilia and a big-screen TV tuned to the game. Clients choose their own programming from personal televisions while stylists administer the salon's no-fuss treatments, which also include neck and shoulder massage and skin-care services.
