Thank you Mike Brown , Jonathan, and Joe Daniels making the process of buying a new 2014 Toyota today. I have never had as easy of a time when going through this process as I had today. I left there with a great assurance that I made the right decision in buying a Toyota for the first time. I have always sought after Chevrolet automobiles until today. Drema here, December 24, 2013. Just drove home Christmas Eve in my new Rav-4. I came in only to try one out and fell in love with all the folks there. I walked in an met Dominic Paeoli (I'm sure the spelling is all wrong). He took me around until I found one I liked and explained all the features and then I test drove. He was extremely knowledgeable of all features. He then turned me over to Sean who was equally informed in his area, then Steve Gregory, who really explained to me all options available. Finally, I met Jonathan Tatum who polished off the deal. I was extremely impressed with all these folks. Being a widow, I needed all the info I could get and they took care of that with ease. Steve also followed up today to make sure of my satisfaction. GREAT Folks to do business with.
I just leased a 2014 Camry SE for my daughter and the experience was excellent. First, I was greeted by a young man named Cyrus, who showed me the car, then Brian Doyle handled the transaction for me and then Jonathan Tatum did the financing for me. All three of these gentlemen did a great job today! I had just left Priority Honda because they treated me like they didn't want my business, which really bothered me because I have bought 3 vehicles there in the past 6 years, and I went basically next door to Toyota and they welcomed me and were very professional in every way. I was at the end of a lease on a Honda Accord and they actually offered me $1000 more for my Accord than Honda offered after 3 hours negotiating at Priority Honda. They made me a great deal on the Camry and the entire experience was so much more pleasant. They have a new customer and Priority just lost an old repeat customer with their lack of professionalism today. Thank you, Cyrus, Brian and Jonathan; you three did a fantastic job this evening and I will tell others.
I had nothing but great service from the entire staff we met with and who assisted us with our leases of a 2013 Avalon XLE and a 2013 RAV 4 XLE. Love both vehicles! Bernard was our salesman and he was wonderful, showing us the details of each vehicle we test drove. There were so many helping us finalize our selections, handling the lease, the tag, insurance and finance details that I cannot possibly name them all. James Baune (think 007 here), General Sales Manager, helped us determine whether a purchase or lease was best for us. We chose the lease. Regardless of whether you are leasing or buying, I don't believe you will go wrong in going to Toyota of North Charlotte.

If you want to buy a Toyota, Toyota of North Charlotte is the best place to go. They have the best prices (I did a lot of research), and a huge selection. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It's a no pressure buying experience.
I had an overall great experience at this dealership! Sam Mattson was my sales manager and Kim Veney was our finance person. Both were very friendly, fast, and great to work with! The customer service at this dealership was awesome and their processes for buying a car were very efficient. My family decided it was time for us all to trade in our vehicles. I drove from Raleigh, where I live, to Charlotte, where my family lives, so we could all go car shopping together. My family and I had a HORRIBLE experience on Saturday at Paramount Hyundai of Hickory and I was frustrated and ready to give up on looking for a car after dealing with their staff. Just before I left to drive back to Raleigh on Sunday afternoon, my father convinced me to stop in at Toyota of North Charlotte to give it one last chance.. and I'm so glad I did!! Their staff was knowledgable and helpful and really changed my perception of the car buying process. The Hyundai experience made me think car buying was miserable, but Toyota proved otherwise. Their staff was segmented into different tasks for each part of the process- you work with a product specialist who shows you the features of the car you like, then you work with a sales manager and finance person to finish the process. Everyone was great at their specific role and they all fit together to make the process flow smoothly and easily. We got 3 cars from Toyota of North Charlotte. We leased 2 new, and purchased 1 used. We loved working with them so much that my father went back for another vehicle the next day. Couldnt recommend a better dealership!
I just purchased my second Venza and fourth auto from this dealership. The experience was pleasant, professional, and fun...something you don't always hear about car dealerships. I have had a long term relationship with Toyota of North Charlotte due to this and the great team that Paul Kramer has put together. When my husband passed away 2 1/2 years ago Paul helped me transition from a huge Tundra and a small sports car into one of the best rides I ever had. He also made a very difficult time much easier as this was a big step for me. I have recommended many of my of my family and friends to check them out and all have purchased from them. Hooray for a business that takes pride in "going the extra mile" for their customers.
Prius V Purchase – I recently purchased a new Prius V from Toyota of North Charlotte. From the initial greeting to the young woman who conducted the test drive to the salesman to the finance team the process was thorough and proceeded smoothly. I showed up at the dealer location on a late Sunday morning and by 3 PM I was driving home in my new Prius V. I began my search the previous day on the internet and the internet saleswoman responded almost immediately with a price that was very competitive and then followed up with an e-mail confirmation and an invitation to visit the next day for a test drive.
The overall process was very professional and compared with the best car buying experiences in my life. I look forward to years of doing business with Toyota of North Charlotte.
Great Service – I have been coming to Toyota of North Charlotte for almost 6 years and have had two 4Runners serviced here. One of the main reasons I continue to come is the excellent service I receive from Will Gaddy! He is professional, courteous and always helpful. Will Gaddy takes the time to review my cars's service needs and options and keeps me well informed. He is dependable and consistantly provides the highest level of service!
