Bad Service – I went there for aSunday Lunch and we got the worst service in the whole miami area.Waiters had really bad manners. 20 minutes to get a mojito and 30 minutes to get a torta espanola....

NEVER drink the Tab water... it is like toilette water....

Owner... as rude as it can get.....

Not worth it....

If you want reall spanish food go to Design Distrct.

WORST SERVICE EVER – I went to Tapas Y Tintos on a slow night during the week, to have a bite to eat with a friend. I should have stayed home because I would have gotten better service from a fast food place. After we were finally seated sfter searching for the hostess to ask for a table. We were told our "server" would be with us shortly........ We had to wait 45 minutes just to place our drink order, when the server finally decided to show up, instead of apologizing she tried to make an excuse which made no sense. After finally placing our food order we then had to wait another hour for our food to come. Not once did the waitress even bother asking if we would like another drink, if we were enjoying our meal, NOTHING! Then when it was finally time to end this horrid night once again the waitress was no where to be found to ask for our check, we ended up having to ask another employee. This place has horrible service and the food is nothing to write home about. Do not waste your time at this place, I will never return.

Best hidden gem in South Beach – This is the best tapas bar I have ever been to. It's reminiscent of a tapas bar in Spain. The food was authentic and the atmosphere is very fun and alive. It's not pretentious and snobby like the other restaurants in this side of town. The mojitos are to die for!!! They are made fresh and it doesn't taste fake like the other mojitos they make in south beach. It is a must try. Some great dishes I recommend is: the goat cheese w/ red sauce, garbanzos with spinach and the paella is soooooo GOOD!!! This is a great little spot in the heart of Espanola way and I'm glad I found it!!!

La Maja rocks!!!!! – Some friends came from NY for the winter music conference and I took them to Tapas y Tintos. At first I thought they weren't having fun because the music and everything was very Latin, but for my surprise, at the end of the night they were all dacing on top of the table!!!!! The experience was incredible!!!!! The manager gave us free shots...what they called "la maja". The service (from the waitress) could have been a little bit better...but in general it was more thank OK!!!! I think is a good place not just to eat....but also to hang out with a bunch of people!!!!

WORST SERVICE IN SOBE RUDE WAITRESSES – TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! BEFORE CONSIDERING TO DINE IN THIS PLACE PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING. Worst customer service I have ever had. I am a South Beach local and very familiar with what a decent dinning experience should be like. I have to say that I have never been so insulted by a waitress in my life. The night began with a very unprofessional manager who was also very poorly dressed and constantly approaching the table to harass us about the arrival of the remaining of the party even though we were consuming food and drinks. As we discussed the uncomfortable and embarrassing situation among us, the waitress who was waiting on our table suddenly intruded in our PERSONAL conversation with a very antagonistic tone and called my party rude and disrespectful. Needless to say, we were in complete a total shock and asked her to leave our table. When we spoke to the manager to request for a new waitress, he refused and stated that he was not going to accommodate for us because we were talking about him????? I was thinking to myself?. Is this an episode from the twilight zone? Since when dinning became a personal affair between patrons and service staff???????

We obviously understood that this restaurant does not value their business and does not care about customer satisfaction; therefore, we decided to leave. As I was leaving, I told the waitress that she had very poor manners. The waitress then turned around and gave me the middle finger!!!!!!! I have never felt to cheated and again insulted. Never again will I ever go to that place again. BEWARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF IN SOUTH BEACH.

Awesome service and Drinks! – Tapas is a Great place to spend the night out with friends, especially Fridays and Saturday nights. We sat at the bar, we drank and ate all night long. The drinks were outsanding from some of the most talented and friendly bartenders in town, MUST try the mojitos. We got good service, good food and drinks, I highly recommend this place.

best experience in miami!!! – After watching the Rachael Ray show, my boyfriend and I went to have the same experience of the $40 dinner. We ate exactly the same things Rachael ordered and it was excellent. It was such a great experience that before leaving to the airport we stopped in tapas to have our last mojito. Tapas y Tintos is like what their slogan says "A taste of Spain in Miami"!!!!

I looooooooooooooove this place!!!!!!! – My daughter celebrated her 22nd birthday and graduation party in Tapas y Tintos. We had a lot of fun and the food was excellent. But what I really liked about this place was the service. As soon as we got there, my daugher received a flower bouquet and all of our guest were received free drinks. We stayed there for almost 6 hours and we didn't even notice how time flew by (next thing I know it was 4am). The music was excellent. The owners were friendly!!!! I will definetly go back to tapas y tintos. It's worth every penny!!!!

bad service! – Well, I am from Argentina and this did not help me get a better services. It was by far the worst dining experience I had in a long time. The girl at the door was just plain rude. Our waitress (she was from Chile not Argentina) did not even say "hello" she just took our order and left. The people sitting in front of us were having problem with their waitress too. Food was OK...but it is not worth the frustration...specially in a place like South Beach with plenty of much better choices. Stay away...I will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
