We got 3 days / 2 nights at Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The hotel room was clean but not quite. Our goal was to visit Boston and Provincetown. We were there in October and most of facilities were closed. Overall we had a great time and we appreciate the gift from Spirit Incentives. I would do it all again and also I will recommend it to our friends. Thanks Spirit Incentives.

I had a great experience with Spirit Incentives, we took a cruise from Galveston to Mexico and it was the best vacation I've had yet; I'm very thankful to them and will definitely cruise again!

Working with Spirit Incentives was an overall good experience for me. I won a trip through them and the set-up and cruise itself were good. Except for a bit of hold time on the phone for set-up, that whole process went quickly. The trip itself was everything that they said it would be and I felt very prepared while on the trip.

Buyer beware. I would recommend you really do your home work before you fall for this scam. We fell for the free cruise scam and it ended up costing us a lot more to book with them than if we had book it ourselves directly with the cruise line, the reason is a booking and service fee they charge for being a travel agency which they do not disclose (They say you have to pay the cruise taxes at time of booking, but compare that amount to the taxes the cruise line charges directly and you will see the difference). After you book the cruise with them you are stuck with the room they give you and if something goes wrong with the cruise (Hurricane Sandy affected our trip) its your lost and your problem. Since we lost one day of cruising, Carnival cruise refunded one day of cruise and gratuity to passengers, but since we booked the trip directly with Spirit we don’t qualify for the refund, even though we had paid extra for an upgraded room.

They also explained that we had to pick 4 travel dates. After they called us to confirm our trip and select the departure date none of the original departure dates they gave us were available.

I recommend you go directly to the web page of the cruise line you want to travel on. You can pick any date you want, you can pick any room you want and if you have any problem you can deal directly with the cruise line. Spirit Incentives does not care about you as a customer especially if they want to make you think you are getting a “free cruise”. There practices are deceiving and sneaky. A complaint with the BBB will follow.

Stay away from Spirit Incentives! The company has 7 good reviews vs the 29 bad ones from frustrated customers (That's only on this site. How many complaints are on the Complaints Board!)

The company Spirit Incentives has poor business practices and had 390 complaints with BBB. I just did the quick research. The 7 happy customers on this site were just lucky to have what they wanted on the first try. The luck is not what characterizes the fair business practices.

The stability in servicing well everybody - that what consumer needs.

Went to Lake Tahoe in June. Stayed on the Southside. Had to pay a little more for the five star

hotel but it was really nice. Had no problems. everyone should go to a timeshare. I would buy one but I am sick. Their customer service was nice and took care of everything.

This company is not a scam. I won a free trip in March and I was able to go to Orlando with my boyfriend. Everything went very smooth (getting our boarding passes, checking into the hotel). The trip was short but we enjoyed every minute of it. My advice to future travelers is that you have to follow the steps correctly, you have to have a very flexible schedule, and be very openminded to other travel destinations if the one you chose isnt available. Overall, I loved it!!!!

Definitely not a scam. I asked the rep how they are able to give these trips out, and he told me that the majority of people do not follow the steps that are given, or they dont meet the criteria for the free trip.

I'll say this first, if you have kids or a family, then there is a high likelihood that your trip is not going to work out for you. This is a free trip, you can't just pick the dates that you want and expect them.

This is not a scam, just do all the instructions that you are given and be very flexible when it comes to the travel date.

Worst Customer Service I've ever Received – Classic example of bait and switch. We have been dealing with them for more thn 8 months, trying to get the deal we were promised. When we finally chose three different dates for a trip to Washington D.C., we were told that there were absolutely no flights available to D.C. during any of these dates. We were told we could fly to Vegas in the middle of the night out of an airport that is three hours away, and that was our only option. When I called to complain and resolve the situation with customer service, I was yelled at. I asked to be transferred to a manager, and was transferred to voicemail. You basically sign up for them to send you to the worst location, you have absolutely no say in the decision. They are not willing to work with you, they are rude, and will not provide you with the vacation you purchased. Worst experience ever.

southern journey and spirit incentives are a scam, fake, – I agreed with all the review I wish I've know to look at the review earlier to even start the process. All I know they are a scam, fake, fraud, rude. Talk about rude the representatives there are very rude they talk to you in a tone that sound like you are so desperate and like you a lowlife person, they told me they're check for availability and from March to June no availability come on what kind of travel agency or so call Spirit Incentives is this.
