Terrible!. I gave them three chances and was disappointed every time! On our first visit they said to have a seat and the wait would be 30 mins. We waited and they took other clients before us, because they didn't tell me to sign in. after 40 mins, they said it would be another 30 mins. Waiting with a 2 yr old for an hour is unreasonable!! 2nd trip and they totally butchered my son's hair. It was uneven and looked horrible. He was being so good, so it wasn't his wiggling that caused the bad job. For some crazy reason, I tried a 3rd time. The cut was just ok but the stylist seemed very impatient. My son was a little fussy, as most kids are when theyre getting their hair cut. I was disappointed to see her frustration. We now go to kids salon in Allen. SOOO worth the drive!
