Knowledgable and Nice!. I'm surprised about some of the reviews. I've been to both stores and have had great experiences! I recently took my Golden puppy to the Aspen store and she was fitted for a new style of harness and the sales girl was VERY helpful and patient while fitting my dog. I just went to the Denver store and they helped me adjust the harness since it was getting a little too small for my dog. They were patient and helpful, too. Seems they really want what is best for the dogs. I don't know, but I had great experiences. They were even having a sale on beds and I bought one of those, too.
Owner is posting the 5 star reviews. SSF is the owner; pinktillie is his girlfriend; among other names they are using; anything with a 5 star rating is their doings; don't believe what you read; not a nice store and not nice people.
Most of the reviews here are fake.. A word of caution to people reading the reviews of this store. More than half of them are from the store's owner and the manager of the Aspen store. Any of the five star reviews should be treated sceptically,
OVERPRICED, RUDE, UNEDUCATED!!!.
OVERPRICED!!!!! If I didn't have to give them a star, I wouldn't. I agree, Cherry Creek is no Aspen. Look at the links below to see how over priced they really are. (Almost 3 times) They have a rude staff/owner that haven't been educated on the products they sell. There are no returns, you are stuck with a store credit to get all the OVERPRICED stuff CB Paws has to offer! Try these web sites: simplypetsonline,goobyfashion, thenewyorkdogshop.
I realize mom and pops have to make a living too, but really triple the price? Sadly to say there's a reason why little mom and pops places are going under. I will NEVER SHOP AT CB PAWS, nor should anyone!
You can count on CB Paws to have what you need!. I visited CB Paws after rescuing a puppy at a local shelter. I found the product selection to be the best that I have found in any pet store. The staff were helpful and I was able to make my new baby look good and rest well. She just loves the new bed that I bought!
The best pet boutique ever!. My dogs love this place, too! The staff is always friendly and helpful; they never fail to greet me and know my dog's name...and they always are prepared to hand out a yummy treat! They know how to fit my friend's dogs when I just tell them how much they weigh! They have the best selection I have ever seen in a pet boutique...even in New York or LA! They even had collars and leashes custom-made for my dogs and I love my cookie jar they had made for me with my dog's names on it! We just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE CB Paws!
Best Pet Boutique in Denver!. I have been going to CB Paws for several years. My dog is always excited when we get close to the store. It is his and my favorite place to shop! They have treats that my dog loves. It is just a feel good place!! The people are knowledgeable and friendly. My dog's bed that I bought there has held up well, and is beautiful in my home. When we are out walking, I often get complements on his collar and leash. I tell them, to check out CB Paws!
Great Customer Service!. I've lived two blocks from CB Paws for almost a year now. I finally decided to go inside after my mother recommended a certain choke collar for my yappy cavalier. Though they did not have what I wanted, the very congenial gal who was working had some excellent alternatives that seem much more dog-friendly. She listened to my ideas and thoughts and put my dog's safety and well-being above all. I will definitely be shopping here more often.
PASS BY THIS STORE. I have never been treated so poorly in any store in Cherry Creek. The staff are SO RUDE! No one even greeted me when I walked in with my dogs. I purchased some items at CB Paws and found them at another location for MUCH cheaper - I returned them! Keep your Aspen prices in Aspen. Don't waste your time by stopping at this overpriced store.
don't go there. I was in the store last week and the man working there was incredibley unhelpful and rude. he was staring at women in the store and wouldn't even acknowlege my existince! not to mention EVERYTHING is over priced! I will never shop there again - and don't thinkk you should either!
