Very good, but would go back under different circumstances – The Seal concert on Saturday, 9/30, seemed to put everything in the MonteLago Village Resort in lockdown mode. It inconvenienced those of us who had booked our trips months in advance, not knowing about the Seal concert, as even getting to Como's proved to be a bit of a hassle, having to go thru security checkpoints. Anyhow, we tried to get seated earlier than our reservation time, but Como's was packed w/ people trying to get to the concert, so we waited at the bar for 45 minutes before being seated shortly after our reservation time. Thankfully, the food/service afterwards was excellent, as the beef tenderloin I ordered was cooked to perfection. Aside from the hassle surrounding the Seal concert, it was a very good meal and an enjoyable dining experience overall.

World-renowned Chef Joseph Keller's recipes add sizzle to the steaks and seafood at this innovative eatery. – In Short
Tucked away a half-hour from the bustle of the Strip, Como's Steakhouse is an intimate dining retreat. The waterfront restaurant is located at Lake Las Vegas in the MonteLago Village, designed to resemble an Old-World Italian lakeside town with its cobblestone streets and fountains. Keller's unique talent with spices adds flavor to his regular staples of steaks, seafood and chops.

Disappointing service, average food – My friend and I ate dinner here mid-week when it was not very busy. The service was slow, the waitress was not knowledgeable, and some of the food arrived lukewarm. The place was half empty, so there's no excuse for this type of service. I might have rated the food higher if it had been served hot, but I can only say it was average. Nice ambience, but the attraction is only skin deep! I will say the bar served good martinis.
