Walked in for a cut and was pleased felt very welcomed and the price was right $20 thanks Sonia for a great hair cut, will be back. and I do Recommend this salon.

This salon is not closed, it is a beautiful salon , I used to get my hair done in Birmingham and tried this place and I have to say very impressed the prices are reasonable and the service is great, read a couple comments and they must have the wrong place because this place is nothing but class.

Great first experience - will return. Being a Kerastase product lover, I went in for a Kerastase treatment and style, which was free through Kerastase coupon. I read the prior comments and was a bit apprehensive, especially on seeing how young the staff appeared.

But my concerns were eliminated right away. I was delighted by how friendly everyone was, from the second I walked in. After listening carefully to my complaints about my hair, products I was using, and seeing my dry hair for herself, the stylist (Magan) chose two treatments that would add moisture and shine. I could not believe the difference - very happy with the results! And the blow-style was great. Plus she did a fantastic scalp massage as part of the application of treatments.

Upon departing, I expected a push to buy products - since my treatment had been free. But surprisingly she recommended a regimen that included items I already owned (and had not been using).

I may work up the nerve to try color & cut from here. I felt confident I would have a good experience.

Horrible Place. I went into the salon on a Saturday morning. There were only 2 very young girls there. I got my hair cut with hilights put in. I asked for a very specific color and got a totally different color. The girl that did my hair was extremely new. They should have had a older experienced hair dresser there.

I went home and looked at my hair and was completely disappointed. It almost looked grey. I called them back and complained, it took the manager over 3 days to call me back. When I went in, the manager and EVEN THE OWNER never came up to me and apologized!!! Plus all of those girls were hanging out in the back talking about how I complained. When they redid it, it just came out ok.

Horrible OWNER and MANAGER and the girls need an attitude adjustment. I will never ever ever go back and I continue to tell people not to go there. I can't beleive the owner and manager did not have enough business sense to come and apologize or even recognize the fact that they had a very unhappy customer there.

I have never experienced anything like it before

mediocre. I visited this salon on one occasion and will never go back. The inside is beautifully decorated and the products they carry are upper-end, however upon walking in the front door i felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. The owner is very cold and did not even acknowledge my presence, as with all the other girls in the salon. My hair came out just ok, i came in for a blowdry and left with nothing i couldnt have done myself. The unwelcoming feeling alone is enough to make me never go back. Save your money and go somewhere else
