Service has gotten much better. I was in here one year ago and got really bad service and product. However, I found myself back at the gateway recently and decided to give them another try. The service was much better from the 2 girls working Sat July 11 in the afternoon. The cookies were better too. They were not rock hard like the last time I came. I am glad the management hired a better staff.

Best Cookies Ever!!!!. I was in Salt Lake for training with my job and Ben's cookies kept me sane! Try as many flavors as you can!

Dough Center. These cookies are great in taste, but you have to watch out. Some, like the snickerdoodle, are left partially uncooked and they are really soft in the center. I bought 30 cookies for a dinner I was having and some guests were a little hesitant to eat them. I thought they were good. The chocolate on chocolate is very good.

Also when I walked into the store, the sales associate was talking on the phone to her friend about some problem she was having at a party the night before and she waited until she was done with her call to even ask me what I wanted. I thought this was odd.

Watch out Mrs. Fields. The cookies at Ben's are wonderful!!! They are rich and full of flavor. The selection is great. Of course, you have your regular kind such as chocolate chip and snickerdoodle - which are very tasty, but you also get to choose from different kinds - for example, cranberry, hazelnut, and somethin' or other. The cookies do seem a little pricy but you do get what you pay for - quality and freshness. Just keep your kitchen clean and let Ben's do all of the work. Be sure and try all of the flavors.
