Wow,First timer at the Elephant Bar Restaurant just moved here from Texas really enjoyed ourselves. The menu was incredible..Eclectic in nature with a little bit for everyone. Really fits into the global/travel theme. Very attractive and knowledgeable staff. The manager Leon was very pleasant as he stopped by our table to check on us. He let us know about the Happy Hour and senior discount (not there yet though) The salmon was out of this world and the jambalaya (came recommended by server) was outstanding. The drinks Olui Mai Thai and Jungle colada were introduced as top sellers and I can see why. We had an apple cobbler and creme bulee for dessert and forced ourselves to finish as we were full but they were both so good. I rate this place a ten out of ten. Our new favorite!!!

won't go back – i threw a party there a few weeks ago and was not impressed. we were continually harrassed throughout our party (which we had booked reservations for weeks in advance) about how many more people would be showing up, if we REALLY needed all the chairs and how many people might not show up. ironically, the place was virtually empty and it was not like they were desperate for seating. on that note, we had a very large party with several children and even tho the place was empty, the hostess continued to seat more people in the same section as our party. not a bother to us but i would have been irritated.

i tried again going with just one friend a few days ago. her salad came with a giant hair in it. cute.

there was also an elderly woman who took a nasty fall on a step inside the dining area. NOT ONE staff member came to her assistance. clearly very helpful.
