Big disappointment – We came for dinner and spent the better part of our evening waiting for sparse dishes. When we left, the bill was grande and our stomaches were empty. There are much better places in the city

NY cool in SF – Very NY, except for the people of course (odd mix of people depending on the night), Nice set-up, spicy crab and tuna roll is the best thing on the kinda pricey menu. They need more nights with hip-hop- but the space itself is hot.

Swanky & Fun Small Plates – Just went last night, and though a bit slow, it was a terrific time. The whole place is suffused with a tres chic SOMA vibe. The space is beautifully done with luxurious fabrics and nice finishes (marble, leather, etc). Food was excellent; delicate and unusual flavors with imaginative presentations. The Spicy crab and tuna roll was probably the best small plate we tried. Others that stood out: samosas - light and dainty (not a typical samosa for sure)& mango shrimp was a beautifully presented mix of sweet & salty flavors. Cocktail menu was varied and fun. Lychee collins, hibiscus coolers, and Mojitos round out the selections. Drinks were strong and tasty. We will definitely be back for happy hour or a full meal soon.
