Great customer service!!!.
I am new in town and I called a few tanning salons in the area. I was very impressed that the gal took the time to explain their packages and pricing. Not like the other salon I called, didn't give me the time of day.
When I went to Tropical Escape Tanning, I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The gal showed me and explained to me about their equipment. She also spent time with me explaining the importance of using a lotion and explained the different kinds of lotion.
After I tanned, she actually said have a great day, Pat. I am very impressed with Tropical Escape Tanning and highly recommend tanning here.

Customer Service is impeccable as is the salon itself.
I am greeted by name each time I go to the salon. I was even given a tour of the salon before I purchased my first package.
The employees are very knowledgeable about their tanning equipment and lotions. I also did the Mystic Tan and was uncertain if I wanted to do it. When I called for info on the Mystic, I spoke with one of the owners and we were on the phone for at least 20 minutes. Everything was explained in detail.
I understand they are a family owned business and have spoken with both owners, in fact we have now developed a friendship.
If you are looking for an exceptionally clean and friendly salon, this is the place to go!!
