Highly unethical dentist. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from Dr. Adams and his staff. He is a mediocre dentist and unethical specialist. The only driving force for him when he comes up with treatments for his patients is money; he is not concerned with your well being. Also, his assistant Maka, who is acting like a manager, is not even certified, yet Dr. Adams allows her to perform dental procedures as well as handle financial issues. Once again, do not deal with this greedy and unprofessional dentist.‎

leach of a Owner @ the new spa 32 called ELLE HOME SPA. This is the spa off the alley way, they just opened a newly renovated spa, right down the block from the old one. Elle home spa, I believe the new name is... This owner got work provided by some men, that did not recieve full payment for services rendered already. The spa got a new lok and the workers did not get paid but they got accused of robbing this spa by the owner who is trying o avoid paying these men. Little does he know that , legal action will be taken if needed. Had there been no security cameras at the nail salon next door, these men would be in jail, until proven innocent, We now all to well how our legal system works... When someone of his financial status accuses someone in the working class of a crime, they arrest and ask questions later. That is why this spa is not the spa to go too. You wnt a spa where there are honest hard working people not LEACHES.....Who prey on GOOD PEOPLE...... We will be taking legal action if there is anyone out there that wishes to assist , please feel free to leave it in a review.... Thank you and good luck finding a decent spa, I recommend Spa Constantine in Oak Park, Illinois.

If you wish to be lied to, denied service, and charged for it, then this is your place. After a hard day, I stopped by this so-called spa to make an appointment for a massage ... this is what happened...

Their receptionist took my information, explaining that I couldn't make an appointment without a credit card and that I?d be charged if I didn't show (rather tacky). I got an appointment at 5pm for a 75 min massage.

I showed up for my appointment 15min late (5:15pm) and the receptionist told me that she already ran my credit card (before 5:15?!), that they?d be closing (at 6pm), and that it was too late. I then explained that I?d be happy to take a shorter service instead (their brochure offered a 40 min service)

The massage therapist (who was standing right there) refused service and told me that she?d refer me elsewhere. When I asked why I couldn?t receive the shorter service, the only thing they?d tell me is that they closed at 6pm and that they were ?sorry?.

I told her that I was only 15 min late, that there was no policy about lateness, that charging me $75 was unreasonable. She told me that I could use the charge as a credit towards another appointment or that I?d have to pay for service somewhere else, that she?s "sorry" but ?it?s too bad?, and that I?d still be charged.

When I got the credit card statement, I naturally disputed it. The manager then lied about what really happened and is still trying to get money for a service they never rendered claiming a policy that never applied to actual events. Thank god Visa is keen on addressing fraud like this...

If I had been treated fairly, I might have returned and used the credit ? but considering how rudely I was treated and the outright lies their manager claimed, I am, at the very least, disappointed and frustrated that establishments like this are allowed to operate. BUYER BEWARE - SPA 32 COMMITS FRAUD!

Best massage ever!!. I recently visited Spa32. As a person who frequently gets massages I was curious if this massage would compare to the others I have recieved before. My massage therapist was Izabela and she is by far the best massage therapist I have been to. I recommend having a massage with her. She also does weight loss and cellulite treatments (VelaSmooth, to be exact) that are great for removing those extra holiday pounds. Make sure if you're a new client you ask her about receiving 20% as a new customer. You can't go wrong with Izabela!!

ALL WOMEN MUST READ, THIS IS IT!!!!!!. I am a bit of a SPA snob and probably considered an aficionado based on all my research and experiments with every Spa/Salon in Chicago. It is part of my professional job to make spot-on recommendations to my clients for all things Chicago. Well ladies look no further TRY THIS SPA!!! From the "you are important to us" attitude of each staff member you meet to the ardent skillfulness of the technicians you can't bet SPA 32 for pampering yourself. Beyond relaxation, this spa stands out because it pays attention to the smallest details. You don't find that anymore in this big city. There are delightful surprises around every corner you never see coming.

ASK for a JoELLE facial and your world seems so much brighter.

I guarantee you'll be referring all your friends to SPA 32

lovely. A friend of mine told me about this spa and I was suprised by all of the services that they offer.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The facial I received was outstanding. I loved the way my skin felt and looked. It's a small place but that is what is so nice, you feel very welcomed.

Great place. I had such a lovely experience here. At first I thought it was a medical facility then I saw an add and realized it was also a spa. The girls are very friendly and I had a great facial there. The skin therapist was very genuine and didn't "push" products for me to buy. I think that if you are looking for a spa that still believes in customer service and provides great treatments you should try this place. i will be returning to try some of their other treatments too.
