Lied about sending my order. Never received it. Won't answer e-mails. – When I ordered a necklace, they sent me an e-mail which said in the subject line that my order had shipped. When I went back to check again, I saw that in the e-mail itself it said that the actual ship date was three days later. When I checked the USPS link it said that the "U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 15, 2006 to expect your package for mailing." Here it is nine days later and the same message is still showing, so the post office STILL hasn't even received the package to be shipped. I have e-mailed Celtic Merchant multiple times, both through my e-mail account and directly through the "customer service" link on their website, and still haven't received any response at all. I understand that online retailers are busy this time of year, but why lie and tell me my order was shipped when it really hasn't. Plus the website itself told me when my order would be shipped, so I fully expected it in plenty of time for Christmas, and chose a shipping method that would insure that. If the website hadn't been grossly misleading, I wouldn't have placed the order in the first place. Also, the reviews on the website are obviously hand-picked or perhaps even made. The other online ratings aren't nearly that positive.
