DO NOT USE- TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! They damage several items in my house and wanted to "patch" things that needed to be replaced. The patch is a temporary solution and my house is in worse shape than prior to them moving the furniture in and denting the walls and molding. Two Men and A Truck doesn't want to accept responsibility for the damages they caused. Do not go through what we've experienced or you'll regret it. Do yourself a favor and choose another moving company who is responsible and takes care in your house.DO NOT USE!

Fair Warning! Bad Business...... – It was one of the stormiest days on record in Anderson Township (June 21st) however, the 2 men sent to move us said they had no choice - that the company makes them move people in this type of weather. So, we let them wait inside the house for over an hour during the majority of the lightening! I can't really blame the workers for the damage that was done to the furniture in this type of weather but the response from (Greg, the Operations Manager) has been extremely unprofessional. The crew told me we would hear from Greg in 2 days for the damages. I did not hear from Greg so I called him on day 3. He was initiallly nice over the phone - he told me that I would hear back from him by close of business the next day. After I did not hear back from him the folIowing day I called and left a message. After 3 more days go by I call and get Greg on the phone. He told me he forgot to turn me over to the Quality Control Manager, Eric. I asked to speak with his boss and he told me that he cannot give out his boss and/or the owners name over the phone. Finally I spoke with Eric. Eric sent the "damage guy - third party company" to see me. Nice guy. Said he could fix the furniture and stuff for us. This was on July 2nd.

Today is July 14th and I have not heard one word from the company!

I left Eric two messages so far and have received no response. I called the corporate office today and will see if anything happens now. Do not do business with them - I am giving you fair warning! They are cheap but this franchise is definitely not worth saving money for - all you get is no response when they damage your furniture! And there is a lot of damage!

Still waiting for them to make it right – I moved on August 14th and my movers were out of the Cheviot office of 2 men and a truck. The person I talked to on the phone initially was very nice and helpful. The movers showed up at 8 a.m. as promised. I asked the driver if he wanted to turn around as I have a difficult driveway and the other mover told me the driver was "new" and that he would be the one turning it around but he couldn't drive on the road (RED FLAG). That mover was EXCELLENT - he moved large pieces of furniture himself and spent most of his time telling the other mover (the driver) what to do. I felt like I got 1.5 men and a truck. As a result it took at least an hour extra (maybe 2) - he would make an entire trip with one small thing that I could have carried myself while the other guy moved the washer and dryer up to the 3rd floor by himself.

Anyway, I called the office after and they refunded $100 which I guess was basically the extra hour it took them because I didn't actually get 2 movers. The girl I talked to was VERY NICE and helpful.

During the move they broke the glass panel on the side of my dining room hutch. Both movers said I would definitely get a call in a few days and it would be fixed. They filled out a damage report. To date, I have called the office 9 times and each time am told "He" is in Louisville or very busy or with a customer or whatever but that he will call me that day. NO CALLS. Just yesterday I was told he was in the office and would call me right away. No missed call, no message, no call. So I called again today...I am beyond upset and told the person that answered. So now I have a message from this guy and I don't want him anywhere near my house. I am disappointed with their customer service...their office staff is lovely but the people actually doing the work are KILLING THEIR REPUTATION. I won't recommend or use them again.

Two Men And A Truck/Cheviot/January 15th, 2010 – They provided us a quote right away...we did not receive one from the other companies we sent quotes out too.

The men were very fast, very nice and very helpful.

I thought they did a great job. My mom used them also

to move to Indiana and she thought they did a wonderful job and she is the pickies person around.

Moving – On July 3 I called the Two Men and a Truck in Butler County to see what it would cost to move. I want to write this because often people don't write the good things that happen to them. I was greeted on the phone by a lovely lady who made me feel like I was 'important' to the company. After lots of questions and answers I enjoyed my experience so much that I scheduled my move with them for July 10. The movers were polite, called me when they were on the way, nice looking, got right to task and even did it faster than what the lady at the office said it would take. I would recommend this company to everyone. I want to thank them for making a stressful time in my life a lot better.

MY BELONGINGS WERE STOLEN! – I hired TMAAT to help load furniture for 2 hrs from my apartment to a moving truck that I rented.

Here is what went wrong:

The men called 4 hrs before they were supposed to arrive to tell me they were on their way. They arrived 40 min later and then spent 15 min parking their moving truck they were'nt supposed to bring. I was then billed for all this time. They ended up moving furniture for only 40 minutes and insisting their time was up. About this time I noticed my purse was missing. I had gone to the ATM earlier that day to get 60 dollars for a tip. The funny thing about this is that about a half an hour before I noticed my purse was missing, I heard the movers carrying furniture in the hall saying, "No, you have sixty bucks!" I should have put two-and-two together, but I was busy scrubbing my kitchen. While I was frantically looking for my purse, the movers didn't bother to help, they just called in the billing information. They didn't care until my fiancee confronted them as they tried to leave and told them we called 911. Immediately they began acting as if they wanted to help us find the purse. This is the same picture they painted for the police. I do believe the movers took my purse, as they were the ONLY people in my apartment. Because of this occurrence, I am out a $400 purse, wallet, all identification, sales vehicle and personal keys, a $200 wallet and many other valuables. Not to mention, the days I missed work visiting various government bureaus to get new IDs, moving all banking accounts, cancelling credit cards and setting up identity fraud alerts. I am now represented by an attorney, as TMAAT refuses to take responsibility. I have since learned that the 2 movers have extensive criminal records. Currently, 1 of them is in jail for felonious assault and the other left the company just after my move. Hmmmmmmm?

Today, I learned Two Men and a Truck are willing to settle by offering me a mere $26.00. How would you feel if you were me?

Total Disregard for our time- Two Men and a Truck -Cheviot Branch Cincinnati – This is regarding the Cheviot Rd. branch of Two Men and a Truck in Cincinnati Ohio. It's my first time writing a review, but this experience was frustrating enough that I think others should know about it. There are lots of good movers in Cincinnati, and probably even lots of good Two Men and a Truck Franchises--don't use this one!

The movers were scheduled to come at 8 am on Friday morning (A time they chose--my husband said we could do it any time this week). My husband, myself and both my parents had taken the day off of work to help move and unpack. At 8 am they called and said it might be 10 am. At 10 they called and said it might be 1 pm., at 1 pm they called and said maybe 3:30 and when 3:30 came and passed I called and complained. They were nice on the phone, but offered little compensation and an even later time. When they finally showed up at 4:30 (8 1/2 HOURS LATE!!) they said the reason they were late was because of a sick mover. On the phone I'd been told that a truck had broken down. So on top of waiting all day long, with several people using time off of work, I also felt that I'd been LIED to.

The movers themselves were very nice, and did a good job, (we tipped them well, wasn't their fault) but the company handled the situation terribly, both in their planning and customer service. We were moving into our first house and what should have been an enjoyable experience was completely ruined by our frustration over this company's lack of respect for our time.
