Everyone has to realize that Boutique shopping is so much different than a mall. Once you start shopping in boutiques, it's hard to go back to the malls. I've known the owner of Dara Denim for a little over a year now and I have to say that I've never met anyone who has more concern for her customers and passion for her business. It's because of this that the selection here is great and the customer service outstanding. As the saying goes, "You can't please everyone all the time". Fortunately for me, Dara Denim has.
P.S. Congrats on your 4 year anniversary of giving Sacramento what it so desperately needed !

Dara Denim's policy is to try to fix the merchandise before giving a store credit for damamged goods. If in fact it can not be fixed, we will give the customer full store credit for their purchase. There are FEW cases in which clothing may get damaged (buttons come off denim, etc), this is not a reflection on our customer service. We will do all we can to either get our customers a new item or fix the product. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Linqping, if you are unhappy with the shirt you purchased PLEASE bring it back and we will be happy to find you a NEW shirt that you will love in replace of it!

Poor Store Policy for Damaged Goods. Went to Dara Denim and bought a knit top and jeans. Noticed that the top had a small whole in it while I had it on at dinner that night. Took it back the next day and the sales associate tried to locate another top - great! Couldnt find one - Owner would not give a store credit or exchange. Instead it was sent out to be repaired - Now it looks worse than before. Also while in line a woman with jeans had same thing happen to her. Beware - clothing is cute, check everything before you buy - as they will not credit or exchange damaged goods.

Stylish Chicks. I took my 2 nieces on a shopping spree, and got them some fabulous stuff at Dara Denim. The clothes were beautiful and hip and they were having a great sale.
