Weak thursday night – Visiting Chicago for a day on Thursday.
Poor turnout on Thursday.
Hated the mens bathroom - actually had a line outside and once inside crowded.
Hoboken, NJ has better bars/clubs.
BAD BUSINESS – people that work there are a$$holes. and it's apparently $30 no matter what, even after the ridiculous cover.
get VIP – if u really want to enjoy this place get a table/booth. excellent service, server was on her game. (for the price she should have been) despite what everyone else says, i enjoyed this place. drinnks are reasonably priced, celebs kick it here (saw Vince Vaughn and Michael Irvin).
uninspired – this is just another cheesy overpriced nightclub in the goldcoast. i agree with the previous post. what's the point? still waiting for real innovation in chicago. don't waste your money.
Trendy Night club – I agree that this club is not original at all. Luckily we knew a waitress to get us in on the list. If you don't have a hook up don't waste your time. The beers were $3.50 for a bottle which is not too bad. We got there around 12:30. Nobody was really doing anything. It seemed as though everyone was there because people go there. It didn't seem like anyone was having fun except for few heffers dancing upstairs. If spend alot of time worrying about your appearence and work as a bouncer or bar tender, this is your type of place.
User review by hannahj5699 – Tables/bottle service is reasonable and the only way to go here because as the night goes on you can hardly walk in the rest of the bar it is so crowded! Waitress was attentive and friendly. Good music.
HOT SPOT! – Watch out for this place! Everytime that I have been there they have something new up their sleeve. New VIPs, drink specials, Djs, celebrities, you name it.
If you want to have fun with the elite, come here... if you like dive bars... don't come... It's NOT YOUR SCENE! Be "NICE" to the doormen on crowded nights and anything can happen!
Fun for the traveler – I was visiting Chicago for the weekend this summer and just happened to choose to go to Level since it was near my hotel. I was a little skeptical of a dance club at first, so I guess I was more than impressed when I had a great time there. The music was very current and the dance floor was just packed enough and had a nice crowd. FYI-Vince Vaugh was spotted upstairs by my friend after I had left, so it must be a cool place if the Wedding Crasher himself is there!
Contemporary club with ample dance space and specialty citrus martinis heats up the late-night Rush Street scene. – In Short
A clean modern look (glowing blue bottles behind the bar, shiny steel detailing and plush white and red lounges) pervades in this multi-level upscale club. Purple light bathes the bars and spacious dance floors on both levels while big windows offer a view of the Rush Street show. Specialty martinis are numbered one to 10. DJs spin house and hip-hop to a 20s-and-up crowd that swells at 1am and later on weekend nights. Cover varies.
Leather, hair gel and 5 o'clock shadows – Cheezy, industrial wannabe New York club. Went with a group and basically our conversation stopped b/c there was nothing to absorb the generically bland techo music. And at $20 a pop, it was just silly. Don't waste you time. This wouldn't have been original even 10 years ago.
