an hour after i had placed the order online for delivery, i called to check the status... i had been quoted a delivery time of 30-45 minutes, so i was getting a little concerned- especially since the other times i had ordered, my food had arrived between 30-35 minutes...
they hadn't even started my order... of course, the man on the phone didn't say that- instead he barked at me, "i don't have that order!" so i politely explained that i had a confirmation number (i had pre-paid, of course, otherwise i would not have bothered and would have just gone elsewhere)... he explained, i'd have my food (which again, he hadn't even started, 5-10 minutes later... 20 minutes later (an hour and 20 minutes after placing the order) my food arrived and i was told to call the store and ask for a refund... even the delivery driver thought he was ridiculous enough for me to deserve some sort of compensation for the shoddy customer service...
so i did...
i was screamed at- literally screamed at
he didn't "have time" (his words) to fix the problem and told me to "deal" with it... after explaining that this was his mistake and not mine, he began to SCREAM, "F*** YOU, F*** YOU" into the phone before hanging up on me...
so i called back and explained that i would just continue to call back until the my money had been refunded...
i don't usually write reviews (good or bad) but any establishment that treats their customer base like this deserves their awfulness to be broadcast to the world

i used to order from you quite a bit- but now you've lost my business forever...
whoever was working the phone between 3-3:30pm on aug 15, 2013 should be fired
Where I work we ordered... ORDERED! From them a few times a week until last Saturday 8/25/12 my manager was eating her usual chow main and discovered a LARGE DEAD COCKROACH! When I called to complain (because she busy vomiting profusely) and ask for a refund the lady said she would only refund the order with the dead bug, and that we would have to bring it to her! We ordered delivery! She couldn't even understand cockroach or bug. I had to spell it out for her! She said the manager would call me back and never did, he did however show up hours later, took the food and did not even apologize! NEVER ORDER/EAT HERE!
Health Code Ignorance – Walked in and ordered. Witnessed obvious and repulsive health code violations (scratching ear w/ togo box, peeling shrimp on a table in restaurant, etc.). Walked out w/o paying or taking food. So unbelievably gross.
Good for delivery – Delivery is fast and good. People are nice. No bad experiences here. My favorite is the combination fried rice.
good food, poor customer service – Good food, however service is very bad. One time I ordered for delivery, the delivery man honk from the car demanding me to go out from the house and get the food. They are also very rude. The food is good though, but if you are expecting a good service, better not come or order from this place.
great food – We discovered this place while my wife was a student at KU Med. We get take out a couple times a month. They have huge portions and very good food. They use fresh ingredients and nice size shrimp - not those minitures you find in some places. Very good egg rolls, spring rolls, crab rangoon, etc.
Try the shrimp schezwan style or cashew chicken.
