Good afternoon. I wanted to take a quick minute to thank you and your team for the professionalism shown recently in the drive/lower unit repair on our 1992 Four Winns 200 Horizon. Your team quickly and accurately diagnosed our problem, and completed a thorough repair in a timely manner. The best part…..the lower unit (that had been replaced late last summer) was under warranty! Your team is always fair, honest, respectful, and timely in their dealings- and that is hard to find anymore.
This experience further solidifies my decision to continue to bring our boat to your business for service and repair, despite the fact that it is nearly 30 miles from our home and that we pass by numerous other marine service centers on our way to you. So……thank you sincerely, and please know that we will continue to frequent your business whenever possible.
I needed some Yamaha prop parts for my 1994 P-150, and the guys at US Boatworks took immediate care of my situation. I had been shop hoping all over the KC area with minimal success, so I called US Boatworks who told me they could fix me up. They looked at my prop, found some matching parts that were reasonably priced, and off to the lake I went. Needless to say I was a happy camper. I will be back for sure.
Professional, kind staff. I'm very happy with the service I received. Don't understand some of those other reviews as they bent over backwards to get my boat done on time at a great price.
I highly recommend.

Not proffesional, amateur job, horrible customer service and they treat you like they are doing you a favor.....yeah right!!!, I have had boats for the last 20 years and never saw more unprofessional people in my life!!!...
This guys are CROOKS, specially that Mike Tracy one, sell used in bad shape parts and they charge you like if you were buying new parts, NOT RECOMMENDED, there's a bunch of good places to take your boat in for services in KS, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

DO NOT BRING YOUR BOAT HERE!!! – Brought my boat in for a motor replacement. They pulled out my old blown motor but the replacement was not much better. I could never get the engine to run right. By the time it got fixed I had time for one more run during the season. The engine they sold me has had constant problems. Now the engine is nothing but an anchor because these clowns could not fix it right. They do not stand behind their work!!!!
Customer bought a used motor from us with a 90 day warranty. Two years later he came in for "Warranty" work because he ran the motor out of the water and destroyed the motor. We do not work for free on motors that are damaged by the owner. You will not find a shop anywhere that will do this.
It's a shame that people want something for nothing & try to destroy hard working businesses through reviews. Give us a try. You won't find another shop in the area with our knowledge and dedication
READ THIS! – If you want to abandon your boat for weeks on end, not knowing what is going on or why things are taking twice the time you were told then this is the place for you!
We were led to believe our boat would be done in a few days and when almost two weeks had passed and the boat had still not even been brought in off the yard we became concerned. But continually every time we called they would promise to look at the boat the next day.
Finally after almost 2 weeks (for what we later found out was a 2 hour repair) I decided to go in to have a face to face talk with them myself. That was a bad idea. Before I even got a word out to the manager, he began yelling at me and eventually cursing at me. He was very angry that we had called three times (mind you we had been told our boat would be done in less than 5 days and they had had the boat almost two weeks). He continually told me he didn?t need my business and that currently his mechanic was working on a $10,000 job and that that obviously took precedence over a $250 job for them. From my experience I would say their motto should be ?REGARDLESS of who came in first your boat will be pushed aside for what will make this company the most money.? After asking why no one had ever called me or apologized for the delay he proceeded to tell me that I should take my boat elsewhere because he had 50 boats sitting on his lot currently. Obviously we took our boat elsewhere. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.
There are plenty of boat repair shops around here, don?t waste your time on this place. After talking to others about them, it?s my opinion that they will underestimate the repair just to get you to drop your boat off. Whatever time frame they tell you?double that. I may not understand the logistics in repairing a boat but I fully understand terrible customer service and this place wins hands down.
We are very sorry that this man had a bad experience. It is very rare that a customer leaves here unhappy & you can also bet that one mad customer will post it on the web.
1.We had his boat for 7 working days, not weeks on end.
2.He was happy with the quality of our work.
3.We charged him only $96 for his repair, not $250, as a goodwill gesture.
4.All jobs are 1st come 1st serve, his was not pushed aside.
5.We do have many boats to work on because of our knowledge & success.
