did not like the service at all, The tech seemed dismissive, turned down my freezer a few degrees and called it a day. When I called to ask for another tech, ie senior tech to come out the snotty lady that answered the phone suggested I call another company in not so nice of a way, so I did, problem solved. avoid them and move along to another company. I would not have posted this bad review if not for the snotty customer service lady
Excellent!!! That best describes this company. My refrigerator stopped cooling and I called them they were able to send a technician out that same day. When he arrived he was very mannered and professional he also was able to repair my refrigerator in one visit. The total bill was only 105.00 that included trip, part and repair charges. This saved us a fortune in food!!! I was pleased with the office staff and the technician. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service company. I would defiantly recommend using Pro Techs Appliances they exceeded my expectations.
I am amazed at all the bad reviews on this company. I have had protechs at my house to repair my fridge and have never had any problems. the repair guy "jesse" knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. after 15 min of being there he knew what was wrong and said he had to order a part and it would take 3 to 7 days. 4 days later jesse was back out and repaired the fridge, no problems no damages and has been working fine since.
Wow! I wish I had seen this prior to inviting these people into my home to fix my washer. The repair guy was nice enough but then lied about damaging my washer drawer and that everything was in working order. The owner was rude and couldn't have cared less about the fact that he left a mess for me to clean up, damaged the drawer, smelt like a cigarette factory, had to borrow a tool to make the repairs, and scuffed up the dryer too.
How uncaring, unprofessional people manage to stay in business is beyond me. I SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR REPAIRS!
I must say that I don't agree. Pro Tech installed an ice maker for us and services our Sub Zero appliances and they have done a great job each time. If you want to use them then try to get Wally to come personally. We're happy.
These people are operating a scam! – My wall oven was not heating properly, so I called the manufacturer who listed three names of "recommended" repair companies. So, I called the Co. closest to my home. I believed that if they had a track record with the manufacturer no further research was necessary. WRONG! Besides the bad reviews here, this compnay has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. The Tech. arrived on time, but wearing dirty clothes, reeking of cigarettes and neither greeted me or introduced himself. I saw Pro Tech written on his dirty shirt which was the only indication of who he was ! He looked at my double oven through which mega watts of electricity travel and is of course hardwired and asked me the location of the POWER CORD, as if it was a small microwave! I called a friend of mine who had been trying to fix the oven and he was incredulous at the question. I knew then that I was being taken by a ride by a "rookie." He called someone who told him what the oven needed, but never tested anything. I asked him how much the part would cost, he replied that the company policy was that information would be given to me tomorrow !! I called his company, got into a verbal altercation over the phone, refused to pay the entire $95. and was told that the sheriff would be called if I didn't pay! This company operates on the premise of collecting as many initial service calls fees as possible, that it never intends to repair anything or expect return customers. These crooks should be closed down! No stars!
Never Use This Company – First off, this company is completely unqualified to fix anything. No uniforms, no proper tools, the customer service lady is rude and is completely useless. They didn't even have a receipt book to give a receipt. They don't stand behind there work and they damaged my appliance they were suppose to repair. Please do a quick google search on this company. Never use them you will get burnt. The worst experience I have ever encountered.
Terrible service – Do not use this company for any repair. We have been trying to get an appliance fixed for 6 weeks and the problem is still not fixed. The problem was miss diagnosed from the beginning, we have spent a lot of money so far and the problem is still not fixed. The technician that came to our home was punctual, but he was not certified, and told us he was not certified only after he had done part of the job. The "office manager" is of little help because she does not return phone calls. The rates they charge for labor are high and the service call fee is higher than most companies. We have hired another company to fix our problem. Pro Tech should not be in the business of fixing appliances, they do not know what they are doing. I would not even give them one star except for the fact this cannot be published without a rating.
Pro-Techs Inc. – Very poor customer service
Customer service and Pro-Tech should not be used in the same sentence ! Three and a half months to fix a problem with a stove plus repair damage caused by the tech. Each time I was told that the parts order would take about a week. When I called their office after not hearing anything for 2 or 3 weeks I was informed by Heather that the parts were expected that day or that week. Several times I called and asked Heather to call back with the statis of a parts order and she didn't bother to call. I can except excuses but not indifference. On several occasions appiontment dates were missed and no one called ; I had to call and reschedule the appiontment. I finally called the stove manufacturer and they shipped the required parts, directly to me, in four days. Do yourself a favor, find another appliance repair company.
Would never use again! – This company does not even deserve one star. The customer service is nonexcistant. The service man came out over a month ago and said it would take a week to get the part. After a month had past I called and was told the part was not in unless it had come in today. I was told by Heather that she would call me when it came in. I asked her to follow up and give me a call back. At first she refused saying she would call when it came in. After I insisted she call with an update she agreed to but then never called me back. Today I spoke with a "new: guy and he said the part was back ordered and did not have any idea when it would be in.; they would call me when it arrived. I understand Wally Corbet is the owner but obviously he has so much business he doesn't care about customer service.
