Wow – I'm not typically the type to write reviews, but I was so impressed with how my repair was handled that I felt I had to share. I was sent to the downtown location as result of an accident at the fault of the other driver, and this was the shop his insurance recommended. During my estimate Micah was diligent to take pictures and asked lots of questions about how the car has been performing since the accident to be sure he repaired everything needed.
I was told to bring the car back in 2 days once the parts were in and dropped it off with no issue - they even have an Enterprise location on site which made the whole process much easier.
The car was done in 2 days just as they told me it would be, repair costs were within the estimate they had originally given me (granted nothing out of my pocket, but at least they didnt push the envelope) and the car looked fantastic. My repair required replacing the front fender only, but in order to keep the paint job looking consistent they took the extra effort to blend the paint on the surrounding pieces so it would be less noticable. Not related to the accident I asked Micah if he would mind taking a look at one of my headlines which was terribly foggy, and looked ridiculous compared to the brand new one on the other side. He buffered it out for me at no charge whatsoever and it looks great. Not only was the repair done well, but my car was washed and detailed inside and out, they even went so far as to vacuum my trunk and find jewlery that had apparently been lost under my seats for quite some time.
Car repairs are often one of the least enjoyable experiences, and although my experience was likely different because I wasnt the one having to foot the bill, I was entirely impressed and plan on going back if I ever have other repairs that need to be done. It is the little things that a repair shop can do that make all the difference. Well done Acurate, well done.
Impressive – I was involved in an accident a few weeks ago. The other party's insurance sent me here to get my car fix. It was the cleaniest shop I had ever seen! A man that worked there was deligently sweeping(literally every last spec) and oh so friendly and genuinely happy the entire time. When I first walked in I walked into the first reception area. The lady behind the desk was RUDE. She cut me off in mid sentence then acted annoyed later that I hadn't provided her with the appropriate information(the information that would have been at the end of the cut off sentence). But soon I figured out there was a Geiko branch IN the building where super friendly women helped me through the entire process. They were both so nice and accomodating. They even walked me across the building to the enterprise branch in the store to get my rental. Bravo Geiko. And bravo to everyone at accurate autobody except the extremely rude receptionist.
DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE – The Accurate Autobody in Rivergate is a joke. They have had my Suburban for 3 weeks. I was supposed to got it back 2 weeks ago, then I was told Monday. Then Monday rolled around, then I was told Friday. Friday has gone and past, then I was told today which is Tuesday. No suburban. No one calls you back. I have been on the back burner for weeks. I have been lied too. I feel that more damage was done since my suburban has been there and no one will fess up. I will never use these people again. I want my suburban back and it better be right! Never Never send your vehicle there!
Morons R Us – These are the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever encountered! Three people, Doug Davison, Chuck Wackler, and Larry Stump are the most incompetent, unprofessional, morons it has ever been my misfortune to encounter! They never once communicated with me regarding my car... they pulled my rental out from under me without a call or warning, and they lied repeatedly to the insurance company and to me with witnesses present and taped conversations! Three morons in a pod! If you ever have any need of Autobody repair NEVER EVER EVER take your car anywhere near this place if you value your time and energy!!!
Accurate Autobody – Thanks again for your excellent workmanship-as always-in the repair of our Toyota Forerunner. Brent and Crystal were very friendly-yet professional-in the manner in which they handled everything.
It is refreshing to be able to entrust the body work on our vehicles to a firm like yours-knowing that the job will be "first class." I continually tell my friends and colleagues about your business.
Thank you for an excellent experience – I have been raving to my insurance agent and friends regarding the great treatment I received and the excellent work of Accurate Autobody. Tony, you were incredibly professional, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. I was blown away. How refreshing to deal with an operation that actually values its customers!
Other staff members I encountered were also courteous and accommodating. Obviously this reflects a customer oriented culture at Accurate. One assumes that this begins with your owners and general managers.
My car was returned clean, including the engine compartment, and looking new. The clean-up touches were noticed and particularly appreciated. Even my grown son [a high end vehicle detailer during High School] was very complimentary.
I thank you for your personal attention. Hopefully I won't need your services in the future [one never knows] but rest assured that I will return if necessary and recommend you to anyone I encounter with a need for the servies you provide.
Thank You! – Again, I wish to thank you for your wonderful customer service. Although we will never understand what the coating was on my car or how it got there, the one thing I do know is that I could not have received better service or cooperation while correcting the problem. Even the Enterprise folks were most helpful and accommodating. You certainly have my husband's and my appreciation.
Since I am often in the classroom training 10,000 Metro employees on customer service, leadership, and communications, I can easily relate my experience with Accurate. We talk about the negatives of poor customer service, but few are able to talk about the positives. I can't think of a better way to applaud your company's service and get you some free advertisement! Again, many thanks for your kindness and expert assistance.
this place will screw you – I went to this place in hopes of getting a new top put on my convertible. they are a joke. they tried screwing me out of $1000. at first they told me my insurance would cover everything besides a $100 deductible. then they informed me that they were only covering 50% of my claim. they were gonna charge me $300 for a recycled top. about a week later i called them back, and by this point they were already supposed to be puuting that top on, they told me that top wouldn't work and that they ordered a brand new one that would cost me a $1000 and it would take 2 weeks just to come in. i called my insurance company and they told me that they were covering everything besides the deductible. they lied to me several times and never once contacted me with information on my car. needless to say i'm doing business elsewhere.
Fantastic service and even better repair – My insurance company refered me there when I ran into a deer with my 2009 BMW... ugh! The were very friendly and professional and explained everything clearly. They told me not to worry about my car and that they'd do all they could to make it like it was before. They had my car ready when they said it would be and it looks great! I'd refer them to anybody.
This place is horrible! – This place is no good. My car has been there for a 2 months for a very simple job. They keep telling me I have to wait for a backseat cover. They told us they'd call when it got in. And they didn't. Instead. It was the wrong pattern so they sent it back. And now we have to go through the whole waiting process again. They also told us the tires had already been changed. And they had not been. It's just been a horrible process.
