A Chicago classic, Morton's is my go-to spot for steak and excellent deals on bar bites.

A Chicago classic! The steak is buttery and juicy; atmosphere is easy and non-stuffy.

Very Disappointing Experience – This dining experience was a joke! After waiting over 20 minutes to even get service we then heard alot of drama from our server on how she didnt know this was her table???? How do you not know what is your table???? Then it went from bad to worse as we continued to be ignored from our server. Getting anything from her was a problem including a simple drink refill! The food came out cold and we told the waitress to feel the lyanaise potatos so she could see how cold they were and she acted as if we were out of line to ask her to TOUCH the food!!!! She did keep apologizing all night but the only ones who were sorry were us!!!! I did call the Mortons customer service to complain and had to tell our story over and over and then we were promised that they would send out a be our guest certificate to try Mortons again, but guess what, they never sent them and then we got an e-mail that they cant find out transaction! This was a big joke the way they treated us and still are! Big waste of Money and Time to be treated the way we were! Dont waste your time as we did!!!!

Best crab cakes in the city!! – The staff was great from the minute we walked in the door. The waitress was great and took the time to talk with us eventhough it was New Year's Eve and they were packed. As for the food - the steaks were good, but the mashed potatoes are to die for. If you love crab cakes they are a must have - lots of crab and seasoned to perfection. The New York style cheesecake was decadent and a great finish to a good meal. Will be going back to try the ribeye on a Friday night!! Overall a great meal and worth the money.

Best steaks, good portions, rich atmosphere, friendly and attentive service – We had a great experience here while visiting Chicago from Detroit. The service was prompt, attentive and friendly. Our two kids, 7 and 10, were well looked after. Although they say they don't have a kids menu, they can prepare kid friendly food like chicken cutlets.

Our steaks were excellent and perfectly prepared. Many steak restaurants will over cook a medium rare steak, but not Morton's.

Dinner is expensive, but what you would expect for such a fine restaurant. Portions are large, so expect to share side dishes like vegetables or potatoes. The wine list is extensive but over-priced, particularly on the lower priced end of the scale. We definitely recommend the souffle for desert. which you need to order at the same time as your entree.

USDA prime beef, elegant tableside service and mammoth martinis: A Morton's in the Loop. – In Short
With its dark-wood details, celebrity photos and tuxedo-clad waiters, this upscale steakhouse chain has the air of a posh men's club. Service is professional and discreet, with bartenders making a mean martini. Dinners begin with a waiter-driven cart laden with fresh vegetables, live lobster and cuts of steak; customers choose from porterhouse, rib eye, bone-in prime rib and more. Side dishes are traditional and enormous, from baked potatoes and creamed spinach to steamed broccoli with hollandaise.

Not bad, had better – The food was good-not great. Our food took FOREVER. Several apologies from the wait staff. The Godiva chocoalte cake dessert was divine.

Outstanding in everyway – We recently visited Chicago and took our mother out for dinner for her birthday to Morton's. We called Saturday morning to make a reservation and they said "What is the best dinner time for your party?" I was shocked they even had anything open yet let us pick our reservation time. Our server was great explaining the menu to us and very friendly. We all had the F. Oscar with asparagus and crab meat on top of the steak. It just melted in your mouth. Cooked just how we asked too. Our server made mom feel very special and even took care of the dessert bill. We will definatly be back to Morton's.

Amazing! – I LOVE Morton's. I went there with my dad at around 7 p.m. and we were seated right away. The waiter was great, very friendly and attentive. The food, especially the steak, was amazing. My New York Strip was juicy, tender, and had great flavor. It's expensive, but so worth it. Morton's is probably my favorite steakhouse.
