NEW OPEN MICS ON THURSDAYS!. Reign has a new event on Thursdays from 9pm to 2am called Open Mic. People from the crowd perform their poetic and singing skills. When someone is performing it ends with snapping instead of loud clapping that would ruin the moment.

This hidden secret is known for its fascination of Brooklyn. The poetry is live, the open mic is fierce and the live band is soothing.

Imagine this...every Thursday night...a tall mojito...sweet words...the sound of light music...enjoy the Reign.

Avoid on saturdays. My experience at reign is the #1 reason why I refused to party in bklyn. The music was horrible they only play three updated songs and I know hip-hop is dead but not everyone wants to hear Jigga songs from way back in the days when he wasn't glorified. They only good for their drinks.

Great, but Expensive. Maybe it's just me, but everything seemed to be more expensive then I expected. The security is TIGHT (love that). Its was $13.00 for a martini (grey goose), and $3.00 for cranberry.

Atmostphere was really nice, the drink was good and strong. Have a good time.

Only in VIP. Went to Reighn on Saturday 8/13 and I had a great time. I went with a group of my friends and as other reviews stated the club is kind of small, but when you go to VIP thats where the real party is since it is wider than the main dance space .There were lots of attractive single females who danced all night and to be honest this is the best looking place I have ever seen in Brooklyn.

An Okay Place. The best looking spot in Brooklyn, drinks are rather expensive ( I guess the owner is trying to pay off the entire lease in 1 year.) The sound was a little fuzy. On the menu they had an array of items listed like, salmon, shrimp, crab, chicken but they were only serving patties. And towards the end of the night they couldn't even give the FREE patties away. When I first arrived to the club I was greated by 4 different employees all claiming that they were the managers of Reign. The Saturday party that I attended looked like any typical Brooklyn Party that I've been to. But I feel once the club gets some of the qinks out I feel that they will gain the same status as some of Manhattan's better venues.

This place does not Reign!. It's true that Reign has a really nice decor, but that's all it has. I was there for the so-called "So seductive Sunday." What a Joke. Once you get in, you get the old pat down by the security guards (She was very thorough. She even checked credit card slots and coin pocket of my wallet. Odd, but shows that security's tight.) When you reach the door of the insanely narrow lounge, they spring it upon you that it costs $30/person. DJ played the music way too loud, the bass was turned up so high the benches were shaking, and he refused to play more than 15 seconds of each song. Most of the few girls who were there, came with a guy. Very few people danced. Most of the girls sat on benches looking bored, while the guys stood by the wall. It was like a Junior High Dance.

REIGN RULES!!!. This must be the only sexy spot in Brooklyn. There is live music, 60 inch screens, and everything is this mellow purple color. The atmosphere is regal, and the food is absolutely amazing. Try the crab salad in a martini glass, you'll look it clean! The staff is accomodating, and there are plenty of hot chicks coming through.
