Great service, reliable – We used Custom Cleaning every other week for a year at our old apartment. They were very reliable and flexible if we had to go out of town. They changed and washed the sheets as well as doing regular cleaning. They came and did a move-out clean for us which took them 8 hours or something and they did a fantastic job (our landlady was very impressed)!

Great service – I used this service on a multi-unit project with a tough deadline. They were totally dependable and did a superior job. Would call them again in a heartbeat. They even knew how to clean an industrial stove!!!

Finally found a good cleaning service in Seattle! – Sorry to hear that the last reviewer had problems....I actually have had the opposite experience. After going through several cleaners who did not arrive on time, didn't do a good job, or were just plain crazy, I was so happy to find Gerry and her crew, especially Jessica. Jessica always arrives exactly on time, is super-friendly to my dog and child, and does a great job using environmentally-friendly products....what more could you ask for?

Disappointing on so many levels – We needed a deep clean on short notice when we moved out of our house.

On the phone the woman quoted us a very low price. We thoroughly explained that we were moving out and needed the house ready for an open house the coming weekend. We specifically noted that we needed our windows cleaned as well.

Bad sign: The first thing the head woman did upon arrival was to tell us that we should replace the stove to increase our resale value and then advise us on how to better pack our storage POD. "Hey lady, we hired you to clean!".

Anyway, we leave and are told she'll call us in ~2.5 hours. 3 hours later we finally call her. She informs us that she is not done but will have to leave soon regardless. Then she notes that she hasn't even started on the windows and won't be able to get to them. We go back to the house and see that there was NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

The refrigerator had NEW stains. Where she had cleaned there were streaks. There were spots on the floor and many areas were left untouched. Upon questioning, she told us her policy:

- She doesn't do walls

- She won't clean anything she can't reach

- If a spot on the floor won't come off by lightly kicking it, she leaves it

- She doesn't do windows! She had reluctantly streaked up two of our windows but did not clean the window gutters nor remove the screens.

The whole point was to get a deep clean - move out style. We made this very clear up front. If she told us any of her policies we would have clearly gone with another service. When we noted this to her she first tried to tell us that she informed us of her policies. Knowing she was caught lying, she instead repeatedly apologized.

Feeling bad about misling us, she decided to give us a discount and only charge for 7 hours. We paid her to get it over with and then realized that 7 hours was an overcharge of 1 hour!

My wife spent the next two days cleaning and we hired a window cleaner.

The only thing that was cleaned out was our wallets.

I feel there was a total misunderstanding. If we could have talked more about the clarity of the detail over the phone prior to job, we probably would have both come up with a different understanding. My expectation for move out cleanings was not conveyed over the phone. After we spent seven hours cleaning a 900 sq. ft house, and it took you an additional two days to clean implies this was not a four hour clean.

Personalized service – I've been a client for over 3 years and I really appreciate that the team is able to come in and focus on the areas I request week to week. Additionally, Geri (the owner) will call to make sure my expectations were met and will make it right if necessary.

Shiny Clean! – Great job, house smelled wonderful and sparkled when I arrive home. Geri's CustomCleaners came out on very short notice. Top notch job....not sure what products she uses to clean but my home felt squeaky clean, detailed work...work that would take me an entire weekend to pull off. Well worth the money... reasonable and an outstanding job. I will use this service anytime I have guests coming or am entertaining. I can confidently 100% recommend them.

The did a wonderful job in the rooms they completed... – After hearing such wonderful things online about this cleaning service I really thought I had finally found someone who could clean our house for a reasonable price in Seattle. When I talked to them on the phone they said they could do the whole house in 4-5 hours which is reasonable because our house is a good size. I told them my expectations and it all seemed to be pretty clear. The ladies that came were very nice and did an excellent job.....on the 4 rooms they cleaned. When they told me they were leaving after 2 hours they informed it was 2 hours per person...so it was a total between the 2 of them of 4 hours. This was never explained to me and it seemed a little sneaky. I told them which rooms were the most important to me and they did do a great job cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchen. But left the other 3/4 of my house untouched...no vacuum...nothing. I was told I would get a call about the "miscommunication" but after noticing my check went through and no call I decided the whole thing was a little dishonest. Oh well I guess I will have to keep looking.

Were sorry there was a misunderstanding with this moveout clean. A phone estimate is a helpful guideline which serves as a generic understanding of what to expect. The actual being in the home makes the estimate clear, you can see the true condition of the home. Once in this home we realized it required more time to clean. We did what we could in the time you allowed.

Reliable, honest, hard working and reasonably priced – Jeri and her crew are completely reliable, very hardworking, and extremely trustworthy. Our house can be a challenge as we have 4 cats and a dog. No problem: the crew gave all the cats names and lots of treats. Prices are extremely reasonable and this company works hard to make sure customers are pleased.

Great cleaning service by great people – Custom cleaning has been a godsend. They do just what they say they will - clean your house, your way. I have chemical sensitivities and they are careful to review new cleaning products with me to make sure I can handle being around them. They are on time, professional, and very nice people. I'm glad I have found them.

Reliable, hardworking and honest – We hired Custom Cleaning 6 years ago and have been very satisfied with their service.
