this place is no good. I went for a friends party a couple weeks ago. Had the worst time getting in, went with a group of girls so I thought that everything would go pretty easy. Boy was I wrong!!!! When I finally got in, I wasn't to shocked when there was no one in there besides bartenders and the people that I was there with. This place is a total joke, all the reviews about this place say that this place is terrible with the exception of people who probaly own the place. The only thing that was descent about this place was that I was able to get drinks promptly because there was no one in there. It also seemed that everyone in there was pretty old in age(35+). It also seems that the bouncers walk around looking for people to heckle, this place is utterly filth. I would never go to this place again, I had heard that this place didn't cater to minorities but dang this place is ridicuolous.
Worst Club in Houston.
I made the mistake of coming to this place one time, and I will never do it again. I opened a tab for 3 drinks max, and a second tab was opened on my credit card. I never signed this tab, yet I was charged $150 plus tip on it. I refuted the charges with the bank, and Bond came back with a receipt that I hadn't even signed. The case still has not been resolved, but I will continue to fight this blatant act of dishonesty.
Other than that-- the place is hot and sweaty, overcrowded, and the staff is awful (especially the stuck up manly, bartenderesses). Being from L.A. I can honestly say that this place would be laughed at back home, not talked up like it is in Houston. If you want to try a hot club, try Hue or Buddha Lounge-- at least the service is good and they won't rip you off.

BAD BARTENDERS, STUCK UP STAFF!!. Went there and the door guy would not let my friend in who had just flown in from new york, and was wearing regular kahki pants. They are very "r"cist, I think because my friends were African Americans, but im Caucasian so i felt that was disrespectful. Finally after 20 minutes waiting outside, and a couple of bucks gone to the bouncer we went in..however we left due to the bad bartender who seemed like a high school teenager mixing. We ended up at SHADOW BAR on milam downtown instead..and had a blast watching the goo goo dancers.
Bond is THE place to be.. My friends and I were club hopping, and we went across the street to Bond and had THE TIME of our lives. Great bottle service, great place to mingle, meet up with friends, good social scene. You can get as crazy as you want and not worry. The crowd was great, very polite people, the dancers are great to really get you in a dancing mood, and their DJ has to be in the top five in Houston, no joke. Every music genre was played, but everything mixed so well, he really kept the club going. Only drawback, it was HOT as can be, but only because there were so many people becuase it's a great place to be. I definitely recommend going to Bond on Saturday nights. I promise you'll love it.
GIRLS AVOID THIS UNSAFE PLACE. Last night my girlfriend and I went to Bond and I had a guy feel me up- meaning grab my crotch. I yelled at him and called him names. His two friends apologized but the 3rd friend told me that I should go to Montrose and that he knows the owner and will have me kicked out. The next thing I know is a bouncer asking us to leave. FOR WHAT? BECAUSE I STOOD UP TO A GUY WHO INAPPORPRIATELY TOUCHED ME? BECAUE I DON'T KNOW THE FREAKING OWNER??? I felt really insulted, I told the 2 door guys what happened then he asked me if anyone saw it, asked for my ID and told me that I'm being obnoxious. I am 26 year old mature women who will stand up for herself. If I can't go out without feeling safe, if I m worried that some guy violate me and the club would not take any actions because the violater knows the owner, then why go there? I insist every women, specially the ones going out with other girls, to NOT go to this bar.
Best Place on Thursday night.

Great Atmosphere.
Looking for a good time, You Got It..... We had a good time last week... I really dont like hanging out in midtown... I though it was going to be boring but when i got there I had a blast. The bouncers are really cool, the club itself is nice inside especially the wave wall. The DJ is awesome, he had the club rockin.... I will be sure to be there next thursday....
lame. I went here and it was boooooring. It's more fun on the street. They were funny at the door. I think there were more bouncers than people at the bar.
Club bond is for cows and lost souls. hahaha. This place is a joke. Don't go here. They are quite partial to a specific skin color and will only allow you in if you match the their tone( I tried not to use the "r" word). They will say it is a private party or comment on your clothing about how it is unacceptable. Please, Houston, don't buy into the materialism that epitomizes this club. The bouncers look like cows and there is a guy out front who looks like he is on the D list of bad Hustler video. I actually feel sorry the people who work there who feel that they have to uphold certain "standards" to be cool. This is not middle school. This club would also be laughed out of L.A.
