All the negative reviews are true.Any positives are totally BS written by their staff Notice the positive reviews are mostly one liners. Check with the Better Business bureau for their true F rating.Remember most people with a positive experience don't bother posting ,so you can trust the negative reviews here to be honest ,unlike this dealer.They will tell you anything to make a sale and then try to slide things past you and claim later on that they said nothing of the sort..Get Every Promise in writing!!!!!!!



Women beware--They view woman as piggy banks.--A license to steal-They promised my daughter to pay a lease off on her old car and then buried her car on their lot and never paid a dime.They almost ruined her good credit with their Shananigans and then lied to my face about what they promised her--Get everything in writing and on the contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!These people are unscrupulous.For your sake and that of your loved ones .Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE MOST UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP ON LONG ISLAND – In short - I agreed to purchase a vehicle on a Sunday which I was scheduled to pick up that following Wednesday. I was involved in a horrific, debiliatating auto accident on that Tuesday so couldn't get the car that Wednesday since I was in the hospital. They sent their salesperson to the hospital for me to sign papers. I was completely doped up on Morphine due to the serious injuries I had suffered from the accident. I signed the papers without realizing the extra THOUSANDS of dollars the finance GURU - ANTHONY - added to my agreement. Once I was relesed from the hospital and had the opportunity to review the papers, I realized that they added warranties that I didn't ask for and didn't want. Sure that they would understand the situation that I was not in any condition to sign the papers under the influence of Morphine, I called them and asked them to refund the extra $'s they added to my loan - needless to say, they held me to my signature, even though they knew it was signed in the hospital at a time when I was in no condition to sign an agreement like this. DISGUSTING AND SLEEZY TO SAY THE LEAST - It's not bad enough I had debilitating injuries from an accident but I now have an additional $4k cost that I simply can not afford. Devastating and completely despicable. AND TO BOOT - ME AND MY FIANCEE HAD PURCHASED 3 OTHER CARS WITH THESE PEOPLE - A REPEAT CUSTOMER AND THEY TREATED US LIKE DIRT - UNREAL. Stay Away.

Lies, Deceit, Crooks – I will be blunt - after finally choosing a car with a salesman - you will be left, waiting endlessly for HOURS...standing around - all part of their tactic to wear you down - and make you want to get out of there as fast as possible - finally you will sit down with their finance guy Anthony Macca who will proceed to talk to you in rapid fire delivery and double speak...all in an effort to distract you so hopefullly you won't examine the numbers he is throwing around. If you are not paying attention and not listening closely and don't examine all the paperwork - he will F**K YOU OVER with a smile, all the while claiming he is making very little money on the deal. I caught him red handed attempting to sneak an additional $6,000 into my loan - which he tried to hide under bullsh*t warranties...which I explicitly stated I did not want. Thank goodness I got up and left.....Stay away.....Stay away......Stay away.

Excellent Service Dept – I ended up at his dealership because they had the specific car I wanted to view, which was over 50 miles from my home. I've since traveled out of my way to use only that dealership's service department with excellent results.

Pleasant Experience, Outstanding Service – I was so pleased with my experience with Smith Haven, that I told them that I would be back to buy another car from them when my wife's lease was up. Salesman did not disappoint me the second time and he not only met, but exceeded all of my expectations. He is a genuinely nice guy, and I never felt like he was trying to "sell" something to me. I never felt any pressure, I never felt like I was being gamed... it was an efficient and pleasant experience and I believe that I got a great deal and I know that I got outstanding service

Thieves – Run from these theives as fast as you can.....do not purchase a car from this dealer!!!!!

There is a reason their Better Business Bureau rating is an "F"......Google them.....see the comments from other people.

Their customer service is non-existant.

Their ability to lie straight to your face without remorse or any sense of decency or conscience is unparralled.....and is a practice condoned as standard operating procedure from their laughable management and ownership.

Their standard business practice is to bury THOUSANDS of dollars in additional charges and unwanted extras or warrentys into your loan - without disclosing them to you.

Again - don't believe me?......see what others have said about them......time and time again you will find people who have experienced the same thing - unwanted or undisclosed charges that were added unknowingly by their finance dept.

An utterly disgusting and regretful experience!!!!!
