Unexpected goodness!. We've been dining here for about 1 1/2 years. At first, you think, okay- it's off the highway- it's gonna be bad, but- surprise! It's pretty good! It's like homestyle Tex Mex. I recommend it as a casual every-now-and-again place to dine. We have a discount card, which makes the prices nicer, but- they are pretty reasonable. It's not a trendy, hot spot, so you get a seat fast...
Bad Service.
I have to say I was dissapointed for my first time. We ordered an enchilada dinner which was great tasting but overpriced over $9.00. We ordered 1/2 fajitas which were a little on the charcoaled side and the rice was a day or more old and very stale. We had to wait about 15 minutes before asking some other waitress for tortillas that was suppose to come with the meal. Also, waited for tea which never came around. It appeared the waiter and waitress were both working as hosts as well. I felt bad, but when you pay good money for a meal, you expect surperb service! Would the waitress and waiters had been able to do just their job, I think it may have made a great place to eat! Needless to say, I am not going back!
I hope Management gets there stuff together or lowers the prices on their meals.
