It doesn't get better than this for the price – We've dined a few times at this little West Seattle eatery and everything has been outstanding. The service is always with a smile, and the ambience is very nice and relaxed, but it's the food that will keep us coming back. From the creative and unbelieveably fresh salads to the rich flavored (but not overwhelming) entrees to the desserts, which may be the best part of all (and a pretty decent little wine, too). I don't think I would necessarily take my wife there for our anniversary, but if you are looking for wonderful food at extremely reasonable prices in a very pleasant, casual atmosphere there is no other decision out this way!
Diamond in the Rough! – Eat"s ia a wonderful gem hidden in the Westwood shopping center. I urge anyone to make the treck to enjoy fab vino, and tasty fair at a great price !! -Save room for cookies though....
cozy little cafe – Since eats market cafe opened about six months ago my husband and I have enjoyed many great meals. It is in my opinion the best option for those seeking a scrumptious meal. The quality of food coming from their kitchen is not something you would expect from a little cafe in West Seattle.
A gem in need of a little polishing! – Went for dinner with friends on a Saturday. No reservations and seated within minutes. The food here is fabulous! Especially the desserts!
The waitstaff needs to be more sophisticated. Biggest complaint: the layout. The tables across from the kitchen/bus station need more privacy! Needs a screen or a 4'0 partition wall. The entryway needs a screen or an angled wall to give the tables on the right as you walk in some privacy. Chairs could be put on the other side of the screen/wall for folks to sit while waiting for table. The entryway needs a hostess stand....doesn't have to be big. I think if you re-worked the layout you could even get a couple more tables in.
Dear Owners: You really have something special going here! But please, take a cue from Ovio Bistro's old space.....those folks really did a great job with the layout in that little spot.
