Great food and great service – My husband and I have been coming here for a few years. They have great food and really friendly service. It's not the traditional menu you anticipate in a Mexican restaurant. Wonderful drink specials too!

Good food but service very negative towards anyone that complains! – My wife and I, and 2 friends recently visited Tequila. We had been there a couple of times before and were fairly satisfied. Essentially the food is very good value. I ordered something I had not had before-basically it was a burrito with something called 'Mole' sauce. The food came in a timely manner. The sauce was a dark brown color. I tried it and to me it tasted like chocolate mixed with black pepper. My friend also tried it and he said the same. I called the waiter and said I didn't like it. He agreed to change my meal so I selected something different, which I was satisfied with. When the time came to pay the bill, my friend presented me with a coupon which entitled us to a discount on the meal. We both had these for our seperate checks. I paid first and the female assistant took my coupon. My friend then presented payment and his coupon but she refused his, stating that we could only use 'one per table'. There was no mention of this 'rule' on the coupon. Then, she asked who was going to pay for the meal they took back. I said it was mine but nobody told me i should have to pay for something i didn't like. She told me they tried it and there was nothing wrong, in their opinion! The waiter who took the plate back to the kitchen never said a word to me either. So, If I was to pay for it, I asked for the meal back. She said it had been disposed of. She then told me that I should have expected to pay, and I should 'think about my decisions' - whatever that means! Angrily I paid for the meal but needless to say, her attitude and the fact that they threw away the meal that I was forced to pay for, leaves me with little option but to advise other customers to be wary and always to ask what this restaurant's policies are if you refuse a meal. I must say that I have eaten in restaurants all over the world and I have never experienced this kind of negative attitude towards the customer...hence my rather negative report. We shall not be eating there again
