Very Rude, Horrilble Customer Service, and Liars! – This place is the biggest scam artist. When you go there to use your gift card they claim to be a new owner, when really they just do not want to honor their gift cards. They are very rude and talk with anger like you are not supposed to be there with your gift card. Making you feel like running. They are the past owners! We lose the money invested in the gift cards and they act like they don't care. Google the Luxe Spa in Roseville and read all the reviews. They have ripped off customers many times!!
"New Owner" should not mean customers lose out – My husband gave me a giftcard for a manicure, pedicure and facial for Valentine's Day. I thought it would be great to take my girlfriend for her birthday so we could experience it together. Well, I just found out that since they sold the spa I am S.O.L.! That 's $150 that I am out. I understand that the new owners did not get that money, but it would be smart of them to honor the giftcard and hope for my return service. They could have possibly gotten two new customers and instead they (along with me) got nothing. The new owners could be great, but I will never know since they will not have me as a customer.
Horrilble Customer Service and Owner – In May I received a Luxe gift card from my children for Mother's day and my B-Day. I was so excited it was for a lot of money and it was for any service there. I called for an appt. and they did not return my call, I called again, nothing. I drove by...still in business but closed. After hours. I called again, voicemail box full. That happens so I gave them a couple days. Must be really busy, I called again, voicemail full? What? I drove by again, during the posted business hours, no one there. Thinking this is bad, they were closed during business hours I finally took my lunch break to go there and sure enough a woman was inside. I asked if they were open and she said soon. I told her I needed an appointment and showed her the giftcard. She said she was the new owner. The old owner was a rip off and stole from everyone. That horrible owner did not even have running hot water for the customers! Besides she looked at my card, and said, 'she does not do facials.' I told her the card was for anything. She shook her head, and waving her hands and arms all up in the air she said no she will not honor my gift card! I was very shocked at her rude behavior.
I asked how she could be the 'Luxe' and not take the 'Luxe' card? She said she just took the company name. She sounded like she was lying. That is very bad for a 'new business owner' (really?) She is operating under the same name on the signs outside, on the building, same hours of operation, same phone number on the door, and gift cards available in the window!
I don't care how bad the person was before her, it is not good for her to reject a prospective new customer who has a very large circle of family, friends and neighbors. Then she is going to blame her bad service on the 'bad owner' before her?
She was looking and sounding really out there...not good for customers or a new start. Very rude and very shocking!

Not Recommended!!!! – I am experiencing problems with LUXE Spa. Numerous complaints have been filed with various agencies. I plan to file in Small Claims. If anyone else would like to participate, let's see what we can do and contact each other.....
pretty sure it's closed – Danielle is for sure at Doce Vita and Julie Trevino the manicurist is at Deja Du salon. It's too bad the owner did not appreciate the employees she had because at one time this spa was super great. Jaime for massage, (ask Julie if you want to find Jaime) Danielle for Facials and Julie for mani/pedi. I had services with all 3 and they were great. Too bad the owner didn't see it takes more than good ideas and decor to run a service business. too bad for us. I had alot of gift cards given to me by family members that I am out the $ for.
Bad customer service! – I made an appointment to get a facial and a pedicure; I thought I was getting a great deal along with the best service as promised. Will, I was wrong. The owner is rude and unprofessional. She does not know what she is doing. The business bureau needs to shut the place down! I was very much unhappy with the service and the attitude I got ones they got my money. I would never, ever go there after this unpleasant experience. The owner needs to be taken to court and fined for such false advertisement and service!
Horrible customer service! – I purchased two gift card exclusively so my mother and grandmother could get pedicures at Luxe. When I called to schedule an appointment for the three of us women I was told that there was no nail tech was on staff! I explained that I would like my $90 back since that was the only reason for us to visit the spa at this time. Not only did the owner not call me back for four days, but she refused to give me my money back. She was unproffesional and could of cared less about resolving this issue. I had to file a coplaint with the Business Bereau. No special or fun spa day for sure!

NOT A GREAT SPA TO GO!!!! – NEVER GO TO LUXE SPA! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! HAD A VERY BAD EXPERINCE! I WALK IN TO GET A SPA TREATMENT NO ONE EVER SAY HELLO OR ANYTHING THEY JUST LOOK AT ME LIKE AM A FOOL AND DIDN'T ASK IF I NEEDED A HELP!
Danielle – Does anybody know where she works now? I tried to book a facial appointment with her after reading all the positive reviews...but they told me she now longer works there. Very disappointing. Please post here if you know where she works now. Thanks
