The worst repair company in LA. They blew me of and they didn't come to fix my fridge and all the goods inside were becoming bad.I had to through away all my goods. It took a long time to get a part. They make appointements and they don't show up. The people on the phone are very rude. They charged me $35 just to come and to say hi to me. I can't get them to come and fix my fridge. I don't recomend 1000%!!!!!!
Awesome Service, fixed my AC in no time and cheap. These guys will accommodate your schedule to the best of their ability. I am happy with the repairs and the customer service! Recommend!!!!
I had a problem with my refrigerator and all the food that was in it was going bad. I called Prime Master and spoke with the customer service representative. She was very eager to help me, and did her best to schedule a technician to come out the same day. The problem was fixed and the food was saved. P.S. they also searched around to find me the cheapest part.
In the recent HOT L.A. days i needed a cheap and prompt service for my broken AC, and that is exactly what i got with this company. They came out the same day i called and fixed my AC within 24 hours for a very reasonable price. Good Job!
BEWARE – Here's how this 'individual' posing as a 'company' operates:
Schedules for a Monday appointment - shows up at 1pm on Sunday ruining our weekend
Say's he has to order a part for our dryer - he'll return either the next Saturday or Sunday = NEVER SHOWS UP - NO PHONE CALL - NO QUOTES - Zip, NADA
It's too bad because he seemed very knowledgeable - but, as with most people in the construction bidness, THEY DON'T CARE!!
angry russians – From the second the repairman (Stanley) entered, there was tension. All questions I had about the appliance were perceived as a threat to his manhood. Angry human being who created an uncomfortable and unnecessarily confrontational setting.
Excellent Service – Recently I had problems with a major appliance. I chose a Prime Master Appliances to do the work.
They were excellent. Identified the problem, repairman showed up exactly when he said he would be, was within pennies of his quote (less) and his follow-up was so appreciated. Thank you Prime Master :)
Superior Service – When I called to have my A/C serviced, the service was promt and very professional. Furthermore, the serviceman came at the exact time as promised. I was given a reasonable quote and the repair was done promptly. There was no waiting for parts. All work was done on the same day.
Very Happy – I have called Prime Master for Air conditioning services. When they arrived, i asked them to look at my Refrigerator as well, and they fixed my Refrigerator for free as a complimentary service!! I am very pleased with their service and their customer appreciation! Would definitely recommend,
extremely poor service! – We have a problem with a refrigerator, the ice machine would not produce ice and the power to the freezer would shut off and on. One of there technicians came out and it seemed like he was going over the problems we needed fixed. He told us what the problem was and said these are the parts you need which totaled up to a little more than a third of what the refrigerator cost! The technician seemed a bit short and my wife and I needed this to work now, so we paid. The parts came in and he had installed a few items, after he had finished he left. We thought our problems were over and after many hours checked for ice and not only was there no ice but the power was off! Called them right away and of course they couldn't come out until tomorrow if they could squeeze it in there busy schedule. Late the next day after me calling repeatedly they finally told me someone would be here in about an hour. Two and a half hours later and me calling again..... you can see the head ache this business is giving me and my wife. He arrives and looks at the refrigerator again to tell me that there is an electric problem and a board needs to be replaced. Now telling me we need to spend even more money and wait for the part to come in and I just can't believe what is taking place. Did he guess what was wrong in the first place? did he replace something that was working fine? who knows, I'm no expert with refrigerators and neither are they! Found someone else that was up front and honest and most of all fixed our problem. Master Appliance did not refund any money and we are still trying to get our refund for the parts we ordered the second time. Wow, how they keep the doors open is beyond me...
