“Tons of hotties, great music with a live drummer, a-hole doormen, and wonderful decor & design.”
“Promoters are cheap scoundrels who are looking for high commissions from overpriced drinks and table non-service.”
“beautiful design, great beats, yummy drinks, and lots of fun!”
“good place!”
“other than that though, it was a nice lounge and I would probably go back.”
“The crowd was very nice and friendly.”

“Oh and if you plan on sitting at any time in the evening you need to have table service which is overpriced or spend a long time sitting on the toilet in the bathroom because that's your only option.”
rasist door staff!!!!.
My friend and I got the club around 12, and there were not that many people waiting, but door staff did not let us in. They let only white chicks in. We gave up after we waited for 1 hour.
We tried to ask how long we have to wait to get in, but the door staff kept ignoring us.
we did not complain the fact that they are rasist and mean. we just wanted to know how long we need to wait to get in, so we can just give up. I really hate the door staff's behavior.
I saw one girl kissing him on the cheek, and he let her and her friends inside.
if you wanna get in, be slut, they will let u in.
HORRIBLE Rip Off Artists!.
Most bouncers and door staff have attitude at clubs, but this place is downright abusive. There is this gigantic fat pig, usually in a beige suit who yells and swears at everybody, in between cigarettes and gorilla-like chest beating. A direct quote was "I am the man, if you want to get in you better do what I SAY; if anyone wants to get up in here!!!!" Then he has a staff of other pigs screaming at everyone to get in line or leave the vicinity of the club. It's not even about clearing the sidewalk, they were being abusive to people down the street. Of course, when a brawl broke out, when some guy starting hitting this helpless girl, not one of them lifted a finger to help. Oh, and one particular bouncer made it a point to let us know that he takes $60 to let people in. Seriously, for a little hole-in-the-wall dark room, over-priced weak drinks and a DJ? No, thanks!
Then, the wait times are purposely extended beyond usual times so they can scam people into overpriced bottle service. On the night we went they all of a sudden decided to freeze the door because they were at "capacity" only to yell at everyone that they would do us the FAVOR of allowing us a TWO bottle minimum (over $700) "VIP" service if we wanted to get in! It's just a rinky dink little club! It is surely not serious enough to extort so much money from people; most of whom they already have on their meaningless "guest list"!
Btw, forget all this BS about guest lists. You will be in line with all the walk-ups anyway. It means absolutely nothing, except that the promoters get a cut of your cover, since they helped the club in having you show up. Also, their flyers promoting special celebrity hosts and afterparties are usually lies, as well. No one shows except for the regular folks hoping to get a shot at seeing a celebrity.
Such is LA. All show and no substance!!!
I like!. Mood is cool. It's probably one of my most favorable clubs in Hollywood. It is very beautiful inside and multi-leveled which adds more fun to the night. However, they let too many people into VIP and so it gets so crowded you can't dance. The live performances are great and the go-go dancers are really good. If you give a guy a dance, you are guaranteed a drink...definitely!
Welcome to the Slum Club. This club is now populated by the hollywood hound dogs & wannabes. Promoters are cheap scoundrels who are looking for high commissions from overpriced drinks and table non-service. The doormen are thugs and overweight slum dogs. Cheap girls and druggies stinks up the this overcrowded sewer hall. Don't waste your time, Stay away. It's the shame of the walk of fame.
Good Club. This is a good club but its really small. Plus they charge 20bucks to get in. The music is good but its wasn't as great as it was before.
Over crowded and over priced. I went on a friday night...the place was too crowded and the drinks were expensive! Plus the crowd seem alittle random/hood! And they made me pay $20 @ the door!
large dance floor, beautiful ornate doors. I came here on a pub crawl so I didn't have to wait in line and didn't pay any cover. The bartenders were very nice and attentive. I don't know how much drinks cost because I didn't buy any for myself but I imagine they are the average L.A. price ($12 each). There was a nice big dance floor but they changed the music from really good house to HORRIBLE Top 20 hip hop at about Midnight. There is a nice large smoking lounge in the back that is really neat. It has a slanted beam open roof (kind of reminds me of Miami). Too bad the weather was unseasonably cold while I was there (in the 50's at night)...so I was shivering the whole time I was smoking! My absolute favorite part of the bar is the beautiful ornately carved doors. Even the bathroom stall doors are gorgeous! The crowd was very nice and friendly...not stuck up or pretentious at all. Everyone was dressed pretty nice at first...but around 1 AM it became a bit "thuggish" for me. A combination of the music and the crowd at that point was just not my scene so I left...other than that though, it was a nice lounge and I would probably go back.
Great Place to go on FRIDAY night. They have a new promotion team. Great Place to go on FRIDAY night. They have a new promotion team, I went their grand opening for their new Friday started 8/15/08; ran by David of InnerCircle Los Angeles. Reach him at Myspcae search the name InnerCircleLA Great night celebs everywhere Ne-Yo, Sam Cassel some other sport and reality celebs also.. I was amazed this place can still pull in such a crowd and nights thank god for a new Friday night in hollywood we needed it.. Oh and the girls were stunning loved it haha...
This place was wack.. I thought this place was going to be fun since it's supposedly so exclusive. They had the nerve to try to charge us $20 to come in (3 girls already on the guest list). We said no, then they started negotiating $15, then $10. That was a sign right there. We went into the corner to to discuss it, and the bouncer yells at us to make a decision. So we said fine, we're not going in unless it's free. Then SUDDENLY it was free. Shady, real shady. We get in and there's NO ONE in there. Seriously. It was like 10 people in there and it was a Saturday night at 11pm. We sat one of the couches for bottle service. Some security guy tried to tell us that we'd have to get up if people wanted bottle service. Yeah right, like that was gonna happen. They had a line of people outside like it was Hyde or Area or something, and there was no one in sight. If we had paid, I would've gone back outside and asked for my money back. It was so boring we left after 20 minutes. I can't believe this was ever a celeb hotspot.
DISCRIMINATORY.
I was extremely excited to go to MOOD, until I arrived and witnessed the most horrific behavior by the doormen. 4 girls, all friends, dressed great, hair all done up, smiling having a great time approached MOOD. The bouncer let 2 of the girls in and stopped the other 2, told them they had to pay $20. When they asked "Why?" the doorman said "If you dont like it, leave." The two girls who got in were a size 2, the other two girls maybe an 10(The average size of a woman!) Despite these girls being in high end, clothes, sophisticated and beautiful that is not enough to get you into MOOD. DO NOT GO TO MOOD IF YOU ARE NOT A SIZE 2 OR BELOW.
After that 3 AMERICANS, of Indian descent went to go in. The doorman said "$20" when they questioned why the other people were getting in without having to pay a cover the doorman said "What you don't understand english, because you are not from here?" and turned them away. With that being said, my friends and I went elsewhere. I suggest you do too. It's not worth paying for overpriced drinks to feed the paycheck of people who are for white-only and treat paying customers like dirt. Go to GOA. At least they have some respect for patrons.
