Dirty. This is a dirty resturaunt that has a lot of dumpy people eating there. Not a big fan would not go back.
Kansas State alumni hang in the day, while Wildcats close down this transplanted Manhattan institution..
The Scene
The space is almost exclusively decorated in beer paraphernalia and vintage sports equipment. Wednesday through Saturday after 9pm, the bar becomes dance-party Manhattan and meet-market supreme, where college students demonstrate they can party as late as they want, regardless of how early they have to get up.
The Draw
Eleven beers on tap and several more domestics and imports in bottles. Big drinkers should try the signature Big Beer--a 32-ounce share of frothy hops. For those who like a good fruity drink, the bartenders comply with potent, tasty concoctions. For those declining to dance, there are about 20 sports-tuned TVs, and the makings of a bar Olympics featuring darts, foosball, pool and Golden Tee. When hunger strikes after such exertion, there's an exhaustive array of menu items. The signature ribs come at a full and half rack and the Doodahs are the Last Chance original buffalo-style wings.
Cool Place. Cool place to hang out. Great food, great prices, and a fun atmosphere. A nice little K-State bar in Shawnee.
Those Big Cheap Beers!!!. Rusty's is truely great both in Manhattan and here in KC. I love Rusty's so much one of my friends gave me a t'shirt for Christmas(as a joke.) There's never a dull moment at this bar. DJ starts around 10 and the dancing begins. You never know who you'll see at Rusy's. Quite a diverse crowd. I've met lots of new friends there. It's highly recommended.
Spectacular Hot Spot.
Rusty's Last Chance is awesome. The people working there really go out of their way to make sure you are having a great time.
Their food is great as well. Mouthwatering BBQ, Hamburgers and ice cold Beer. What else do you need? It is not your typical bar food either. Try their ribs if you don't believe me.
