So happy with Cameron and Form Fitness! – I have been fairly active my whole life. Running, swimming and doing other aerobic activities. Once I hit 40 my motivation and strength both started to decline so I decided to do something I had never done and never thought I needed to do; hire a personal trainer. I looked on line and founfd Form Fitness. I sent an email and within 24 hrs got a call back from Cameron. He asked me about my current fitness situation, lifestyle and goals and answered all my questions (and I had a lot!). I am NOT a morning person but signed up for a 5:30am training slot twice a week. With my busy schedule it was just about the only time I knew I would be able to get there consistently. I have to admit the first few days it was really hard to get up but I now look forward to getting up and working out with Cameron. He is always so positive and motivating. In a very short time my strength has increased and my energy level has improved as well. This is one of the best investments I have ever made in myself! Highly recommend Form Fitness.
Best Thing I Ever Spent Money On – I have lived a sedentery lifestyle for most of my life. It was only as an adult in my 30s that weight really became an issue and when I hit 40 I decided I couldn't do it on my own. I decided that I was worth more and that's when I called Form Fitness and was paired up with Annika. I can't say enough great things about her and waht she's done for me. She has helped me get stronger and helps me find ways to deal with work and life stresses. She makes sure I don't get bored with my workouts and challenges me every step of the way. Joining Form Fitness is the best thing I've ever done for myself and I would recommend it to anyone!
great personal trainer – My mother is 88 and she needed someone to work with her and set up an exercise program that would help her with balance and general physical strengthening. I found Form Fitness online and talked to Cameron about our needs. Cameron matched Mom with Chris S, and Mom and I can't say enough good things about Chris. I think all senior citizens need someone like Chris to help them stay as active as possible and to maintain their independence.
Chris comes to Mom's home once a week. He selects a variety of upper and lower body exercises that are within her capabilities. He keeps Mom on track working through his program for an hour. He changes the routine periodically to keep it interesting.
I wish I had the time to join Chris and Mom so I could benefit from his expertise as well. Thank you Chris!
Top notch training – I have been training with Chris S through Form Fitness for four years. Chris, the experience, the professionalism, the knowledge base, and attention to details are all outstanding. He scouts for new exercises, ideas and work outs, and then brings the best of them for us to try out. It is hard to keep it fresh after four years, but Chris has figured how. Thank you, Chris!
Helped me through injured bicep tendon – I got really busy last year and my trainer Annika was very cool about my bailing. I had paid 10 sessions in advance and I trusted her to hold my money until I resumed workouts due to my crazy schedule at the time. As expected, there were no issues, we finished our pre-booked sessions.
THEN, I tore a bicep tendon moving some furniture at work. She nursed me through this injury for 90 days working alternate muscles and tendons and yesterday I'm slowly on the mend. Annika @ form fitness knows her stuff!!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic Trainers, Great Company – I had never set foot in a gym, let alone participated in a planned workout routine. I was very nervous when I initially contacted Form Fitness. I quickly discovered that there was no reason to be. Cameron was fantastic on the telephone, answering each of my questions thoroughly and in great detail. He really put my mind at ease for that initial appointment.
The trainer he matched me with is spectacular. Annika has been amazing to work with, and she has really taken the time to understand my abilities and limitations because of my weight. She has been a perfect match both in personality and motivation.

Fomer Athlete Trying for Work/Life Balance – I have no work/life balance, there I admit it, as well as a few health issues, which of course has led to my high weight gain over the years. Being a former athlete, I remember the days in high school and college where muscle, agility and speed were my friends, so in a fit of disgust with how I was living and looking, I finally decided to do something about it and knew that I needed a trainer to get me started on the right path.
In my internet search for a personal trainer, I stumbled upon the Form Fitness website and liked what I saw enough to call Cameron. Cameron called back within a couple hours to learn more about me, my needs and to let me know that I'd be working with Annika for my first free session. That first session was in one of Cameron’s private studios that allowed us the 1:1 time with no interruptions and is the studio where we continue to work out almost a year later. The sessions have become like therapy to me in that I am able to let all of the work stress go for an hour and am done feeling rejuvenated, energized and addicted to the sessions.
To say that Annika is an outstanding trainer, motivator, therapist and friend is putting it mildly! I enjoy all of our sessions together as she carefully plans out each of our sessions and ensures that our workouts are challenging and fun, which helps to keep me engaged. Another reason to love Annika is that she’s always learning something new in order to help her clients, which to me doesn’t say enough about her work ethic and customer support/client satisfaction. Annika is also willing to work with my busy schedule, which is greatly appreciated. I’ve had a few setbacks with work and an injury; however, Annika kept my spot waiting for me with a loyalty and belief in me that is hard to find these days. I fully anticipate reaching my goals and continuing to work out with Annika for the “maintenance” phase (Annika just has to keep reminding me to have patience!).
Based on all the above, all I can do is highly recommend Annika, Cameron and Form Fitness for anyone wanting to improve their overall physical health and mental well being!!
So I thought I was in pretty good shape... – I went looking for a trainer due to an ACL reconstruction that put me off the pavement and into boredom, so I went into this as a way to stay active without having to buy yet another form of entertainment for the indoor workout. What I found, in Cameron, was a complete change in my level of fitness. As a professional in my late 40s, I had not realized just how weak my core had gotten and was certainly uninformed when it came to getting it back without more of the same old routine. Cameron has mixed it up every session, built balance and strength I have not had since probably high school, and has taken my knee out of the equation. And he pushes for improvement, is tuned into health issues and how to work through them, and is personally a great guy for a Duke grad. I highly recommend Cameron-3 years and counting.
A Belly Lost, A Trainer Found – Just about when I had given up on being fit and began fully embracing my newfound and silly looking belly I encountered Cameron with Form Fitness. Honestly, before I knew it my belly was slimming down, my energy level was up and most importantly, I was getting my mojo back. Cameron was able to structure a workout routine that fit my specific needs and was able to provide routine guidance that kept me on track and motivated.

UNBELIEVABLE results and MOTIVATION to keep going... – I love, love working out with Cameron and am so glad I made the decision to go with Form Fitness. For so many years I had no work/life balance and my response to all the stress was to eat! This of course led to high weight gain over the years.
Since starting to work out with Cameron 7 months ago I have lost approximately 40 lbs and dropped 3 dress/pants sizes. My strength and endurance have dramatically increased. My confidence is back and my outgoing personality is re-blossoming! The positive feedback I am receiving from friends and family is amazing.
I owe it all to Cameron who started out as my trainer but has become my motivator, nutritionist, therapist and friend. He challenges me during each and every workout and motivates me to keep going even when I want to give up. He is positive during all the workouts and provides encouragement for outside workouts as well. I can honestly say that I have NEVER dreaded a workout and can’t see this partnership with Cameron ending in the near future. I fully anticipate reaching my goals and continuing working out with Cameron for the “maintenance” phase. I’m addicted to the workouts with Cameron. Cameron provides a wealth of knowledge and I truly appreciate the partnership we have developed!
