Comfortable Studio – I have been doing Pilates since 2004 when ONE first opened their doors! I have a career that keeps me on my feet all day and I was looking to ease some back pain and improve my posture.

The instructors at ONE are constantly seeking out education to keep things new and fresh. I love them all, however Stacy is my primary gal. They offer personalized training and have been adding numerous new exciting classes.

Their new location on Webster is easy to find and parking is a breeze. I can't say enough nice things about ONE's staff and studio.

Finally, something that works – I started Pilates in February at a nearby studio, but felt confused most of the time. Stacy at OMBB was recommended to me by the staff at Lululemon, and she's been a terrific teacher. I take semi-private lessons, mostly on equipment, and I've seen more improvement in my flexibility and strength than with any other method of exercise. I always feel challenged and look forward to my next workout.

Great Space - Knowledgeable staff – After checking out a few pilates studios in the neighborhood I decided upon One Mind Body Being. It's a very comfortable space with outstanding instructors. I am in my third week or private lessons on a machine and can already see a huge improvement in my core.

Would highly recommend anyone checking the place out .... if you are looking for a new studio or are a first timer like me interested starting lessons.

Great Pilates studio. – I've done Pilates with several of the instructors at this studio and all of them are very well-trained and good listeners to understand their customer's needs.

I also have back issues and therefore they adapt certain workout programs to help alleviate the strain and make my core areas stronger. I have noticed improvements in both my posture and waistline because of the specialized workouts that I get every time I visit the studio.

P.S. It's also a great place for beginners who want to try out Pilates or yoga for the first time.
