Good wine & nibbles! – The atmosphere is cozy. There aren't many tables and I don't think they take reservations, but we were able to get seats during the middle of the week. The outside patio looked comfy. It's a nice place to have a bottle of wine, a few nibbles and carry on a conversation. We loved it!!! We tried the following: grilled artichokes with lime & mint vinagrette; Krog St. mozzerella with chili oil and sea salt; soppressata; daily tremezzino (pork sholder, pesto goat cheese); and the pistachio gelato. The portions were small, but not in a bad way as it's "tapas" - they are tasty nibbles that (especially) when paired with their fresh crusty bread was more than enough. We got a wide assortment and shared. The wine list was good too. For those who aren't very familiar with wines, you'll love it - there's a note on the side that explains what type it is so choosing is simple. We'll become regulars after last nite!! Staff was great! We went on a rainy day - the complimentary valet is a nice touch.
Lushious! – I have been to Krog Bar twice, most recently last night. The service is amazing, intelligent and educational, the menu offers just the right tastes to complement the libations, and the crowd is interesting and pleasant. The interior is great, although we are talking about a very small place. I can only hope that Krog Bar for one reason or another isn't for everyone, so there is always a seat for me.

Handsome and snug--with just 25 seats and a few spots at the bar rails--this Inman Park hot spot evokes memories of Madrid, complete with a gastronomic still life of olives, ham, bread and lemons. The understated interiors encourage lingering: communal tables, cypress paneling, large windows, wine bottles, cabernet leather stools, black-and-white photos and unisex bathrooms. Servers are knowledgeable and warm, and the food is promptly presented. As compact as its setting, Chef Kevin Rathbun's menu features cheeses, Mediterranean cured meats, including lomo, a paprika-smoked pork loin and ever-popular proscuitto. Seafood also makes a statement with bonita tuna and slender boquerones, white anchovy filets kissed with lemon. Tiny, crustless sandwiches such as basil pesto and tetilla cheese and silky chicken liver pate are equally fine. For dessert, try the house-made gelatos such as fig or chocolate bruschetta with a sprinkle of sea salt and a glass of port.
